They can fully access the house. On the first floor is the kitchen with extensive equipment (microwave, kettle, oven, heating plates, coffee pod machine, fridge, cutlery, dishes, toaster, etc.) and dining table with space for 6 people, a living room with large couch and projector (3m wide), as well as the bathroom with shower, large mirror and washing machine. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double and single bed (only from 4 people, otherwise 1 bedroom). The garden with lounge furniture (only in summer) can of course also be used without restriction. The wifi was undergoing an online test and declared "very fast". The guest rooms and the shared bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The pool table in the hobby cellar (as soon as it is renovated) as well as the swimming pool and terrace can also be used. We have a dog (poodle, 16 years old), but it has now become very quiet and cozy. By arrangement, the use of our kitchen as well as the use of the washing machine is also possible.

Welcome to our duplex house, which offers space for 2 - 6 persons (+ a baby or toddler) with ist 1,345 square feet living area. Our house is in the village Waidhaus (Bavaria) and is located in a very cosy and quiet neighborhood at the bottom of the Suzlberg mountain.
