It's very quiet at the end of a hamlet. You are alone in the garden. The neighboring houses are not at all or rarely used as a vacation home by nice neighbors.

My accommodation is located in the heart of the "Oberpfälzer Seenland". It´s very silent, close to nature and there are a lot of water/lakes around. It´s a 1-2 min walk to the next lake with beautiful clear water where you can go for swimming or even diving. Hire a SUB or a pedal boot and have fun. Very friendly and fast contact. The house is located in the countryside in complete privacy. There is everything you need - from the stereo system, to Netflix to the dishwasher, we didn't miss anything. The small fireplace creates a homely atmosphere. We had a very nice time and would come back:)

The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and thus a fantastic view of Lake Steinberg. Shading is easy and customizable to use. The location is very quiet and there is direct access to the lake. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and everything is at a very high modern level. The apartment offers plenty of space for 1-2 people. Great sun balcony with wonderful seating furniture. The bathroom is spacious and very attractively equipped. Hairdryer, guest towels available. Kitchen equipment class: coffee maker with fresh beans. Spices, toaster, induction stove, large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher. Own apartment entrance in the private house. Very likeable and friendly host couple. Quick response to questions. Great excursions around the lake. Shopping is about 4 km away. The stay was a dream for me. I was able to work and relax wonderfully here. I will definitely be coming back soon.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

We visited Daniela's house as a family of four in winter and we enjoyed it very much. The house is beautiful, large enough, well equipped and quietly located. You can reach everything you need (bakery, supermarket; ski slopes, hiking trails) in a short time. At least this year we also had snow in mid-February... We highly recommend the house.
