Family-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Palatinate

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Claudia's chalet was delightful. Perched on the edge of the forest with a beautiful garden, hot tub, a spacious and elegantly decorated house, it was a brilliant place to stay and we loved our time there. Claudia is so warm and welcoming, the perfect host.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

You can tell that this property has all the passion of Ullrich. It is available with recommendations and tips on activities in the region, which can be started directly at the cottage, and many more options for young & old with a few minutes drive. In summer weather, the garden invites you to relax. We were a little irritated by the many laminated rules, as it is a matter of course for us to deal with foreign property properly.

We liked it in the cottage. The location overlooking the castle and basilica is beautiful. From here you can explore Gößweinstein on foot. There are some restaurants in the surrounding area, such as the Gasthof zum Stern. It is also very convenient that the cottage is safe for small children (outlet guard, stair gates, high chair available).

My multi-day stay with Christian was great. The communication was good and the check-in was also flexible and uncomplicated later in the evening. The apartment is very well-equipped and has everything you need. The location is also nice. I was in the area for work and was happy to be able to explore the area in the evening on a walk.

Everything was sparkling clean. Beds comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Location perfect for us, walking distance to downtown. Weather was also good ;-)

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, the playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight – especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Sweet cottage with everything you need , uncomplicated self check-in, quiet surroundings. 3 minutes walk to private beach, 15 minutes walk to beautiful Murrner See with great restaurant and beach bar. Regensburg is just around the corner and definitely worth a visit. I felt very comfortable!

Beautiful place. Highlight is the hot tub. Communication with the host was great. She even stopped by and brought us a corkscrew:D. We felt very comfortable.

We just stayed three days at Michael's apartment in Sankt Englmar. It was a great pleasure. It was really well utilized in space and there was nothing missing. We stayed there with two small children aged 1 1/2 and 4 without any problems. There's a lot of things to do in the area and could easily come back. The apartment complex is quite worn (the apartment is really nice though) and the water is a little cold in the swimming pool but or fine.

We loved the cottage, we will definitely come back. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the surroundings nice and quiet. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Gisela has always been very friendly and excellent. From us five stars..

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

The hosts are a super likeable, open and friendly family. We were allowed to be present when feeding the animals and learned a lot about life in the countryside. They gave us many tips for the area and we enjoyed the tranquility and seclusion very much.

We had a great stay with 3 children. The apartment is a little old but it was clean and adequately equipped for our stay. Access to the pool was lovely!

We had a very nice four day stay in an idyllic and quiet environment. Birgit is a very nice, warm hostess. She also took care of us in between and asked if everything was right and how we like it. We felt very comfortable in the spacious and cozily furnished apartment. There was nothing missing. Since we were traveling a lot, we were unfortunately unable to use the beautiful, large and very well-kept garden. We will be happy to come back and then for longer to enjoy everything.
