Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Palatinate

Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You do your shopping a little further away, but you get the peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally came to graze in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

The 1a vacation home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a 6-person family + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils, everything for cooking, there is also a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, a fire bowl and wood are available to make bread and marshmallows if necessary. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the place - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful time.

I enjoyed staying at Viktor's AirBnB very much! It was a relaxing weekend. Just the right thing to unwind and find yourself. Viktor and Tamara are also excellent hosts. They respond in a solution-oriented manner and are courteous. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

A very pleasant accommodation from Heidi and Bert. Nice and spacious, with a lot of garden as well. The surroundings are also beautiful, with nice towns nearby. Absolutely recommended as far as I'm concerned!

We had a great week at the apartment. We particularly enjoyed the great connection to public transport, the quiet location in beautiful nature, the varied hiking and biking trails, the nice people of the community and the surprisingly good shopping both in advance and in the surrounding area. You can feel right at home in this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation. After numerous excursions on foot, ebike or car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax super well in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, what you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. A welcome gift was included. The landlords are always available with a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the likeable Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a relaxing afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. The apartment was great, everything went perfectly! Clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and always available. Convenient location, right in the center, near the train station.

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, the playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight – especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. There are many seating options where you can end the evening. Rene was very nice and always easy to reach. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's very well equipped and quite cozy. The place is clean and the host was very helpful. Parking is very easy and the grocery is a 2 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Those who love peace and nature will immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation. Solitary with views over the field, nicely decorated and practically equipped both inside and outside. There are chairs and loungers for the lawn and a spacious shower. We recommend the farm shop Blabmühle near Diepoldsried and the Steiner Wirt in the neighboring village. Better to bring travel bags than suitcases, there is storage space for clothes, but little for suitcases.
