Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Bavaria

The apartment is very cozy and clean and the view of Lake Forggensee from the balcony is just super nice! Definitely worth a recommendation

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) without counting the additional activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's playroom, ping pong table). In addition, it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth the trip and especially since Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

We stayed here over the weekend and felt very much at home Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, all the nicer that the apartment was so cozy. We are happy to be able to test the balcony again in better weather :)

A dream!! It was so perfect, you felt right at home! 3 nights were like a week off, you look forward to coming "home" in the evening, it is centrally located, you can just chill on your own terrace, the views are a dream. The layout of the apartment is perfect, the house itself is also a dream, with everything you could ever need, even if the weather is not so nice… you don't even have to leave the house. Even without a car, you can get from A to B quickly and easily, shopping, hiking, whatever your heart desires. It's so nice that we'd love to have an apartment there too. It was our 2nd time in the house, but this apartment is unbeatable!! If you have a question, you always get an immediate and quick answer!! We've already looked for available dates, but it seems to have always been fully booked. We are honored to have had the chance to stay there. Always happy to come back!

Super central location. Bed big enough for 2 people. The apartment and the individual rooms offer enough space. Host Michael is very friendly and straightforward. Due to the very central location, you also get some of the nightlife - but no problem with earplugs. Free parking during the day 10-15 min. walk. For the night, also around the corner. Overall, a great stay with Michael in Regensburg - happy to come back.

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.

We had a super nice stay at Florian's Fitnessalm. The location was perfect for us, as we could reach Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg and other excursion destinations in less than an hour. Fortunately, the apartment is also away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic, so we could enjoy our peace. Florian is a great & helpful host. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. All around we had a very nice vacation with baby & can only recommend it. ☺️

I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent. We can highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime!

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Very nice and modern furnished apartment. We were a total of 2 Adults and 2 children. In terms of size, it was perfectly adequate for the number. The complex is a bit outdated, which you absolutely do not notice in the apartment. It is renovated and very well equipped. You can tell that someone put a lot of thought into the decor. We thought it was very good that there were enough sockets and numerous possibilities to hang clothes or towels. The beds were also really great! Check in was absolutely hassle-free. We received a very accurate description of where we had to go and where everything could be found and in general the communication was very pleasant. The complex is really great with children. There is a small swimming pool in the basement and a large playground outside and the surrounding area of course also offers a lot of excursion possibilities. A clear recommendation from us!

Betty is very nice, accommodating and accommodating. Communication went smoothly, it was always available. The space matches the listing. We were on site with our small child. We will be happy to come back. We can recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful time!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Full equipped and lovely place

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

Nice quiet accommodation in a brilliant area. It is easy to do by public transportation. Due to the Berchtesgader pass, you can travel for free by public transport in the area, which is super convenient. From Berchtesgaden station, very frequent buses are within walking distance of the stay. From the house you can easily walk to the Jennerbahn and take other walks and you are also so at the Königssee to sail. We came by train from the Netherlands and did not miss our car. The house is neat and tidy with a great kitchen and bathroom. Good to know that you have to go through one bedroom to get into the other bedroom.

We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's place! A great cottage, lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and cozy. The kids loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!
