Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sind in der umittelbaren Umgebung vorhanden Den Neubau aus dem Jahre 2016 bewohnen lediglich 3 Parteien. Es wurden ausschliesslich hochwertige Materialien eingesetzt.
