Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Umbria

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Maria was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond by providing local recommendations and help with taxi pickup/dropoff. The listing was lovely - would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Our family reunion at this incredible home was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better: it’s peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous views, yet just a short drive to Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, you can easily catch a train to Florence or Rome, which made day trips super convenient. The host was truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the very start. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to reconnect as a family. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub in Claudias Haus! Es liegt in wunderbarer ruhiger Umgebung ist dennoch gut zu erreichen, man muss lediglich etwas von der Hauptstrasse weg. Dafür erwartet einen eine herrliche Landschaft und absolute Ruhe. Das Haus war blitzsauber, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sicher eines der besten, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Claudia ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die insbesondere bemüht ist, den Gästen viele Tipps für Unternehmungen zu geben. Sie ist sehr gut erreichbar, sympathisch und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man etwas fragt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um die nördlichen Marken zu besichtigen. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable malgré la pluie. Simone nous a réservé le cours de tennis couvert, le resto, et nous a même arrangé en un temps record la réparation de notre voiture. La maison est splendide, vue époustouflante, les équipements sont d'un grand confort.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Sono stati giorni splendidi quelli passati nello chalet di Nicolina.un modo bellissimo di ritrovarsi come coppia . Silenzioso, pulito ed estremamente romantico. Accogliente e pieno di dettagli studiato apposta per permettere agli ospiti di essere come a casa con tutto il necessario. Nicolina non è solo un host ma ama accogliere le persone nella sua casa, con il suo olio e la sua ottima crostata. Grazie Nicolina chiudere la porta e lasciare le chiavi è stato un dispiacere per noi ma torniamo presto! ❣️❣️ Alessandra e Simone

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

We spent four weeks in Matteo‘s cosy hide-away and didn’t want to leave. It‘s a chalet with a warm personal touch, spacious, very well equipped, incredibly quiet and with a stunning view of the Marche hills. There are lots of hiking paths starting right in the tiny village (make sure you get on top of Monte Valmontagnana one day!) and yet charming Fabriano with lots of restaurants and shops is only about ten minutes with a car downhill. It’s a good starting place to explore attractions like Ancona, Jesi or Assisi. Matteo was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful indeed. We‘ll come back.

Die Unterkunft von Chiara war sehr schön! Chiara war immer gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und die Aussicht vom Pool zauberhaft! Das Grundstück ist super geeignet für Hunde! Klare Empfehlungen und wir kommen gerne wieder!
