Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Umbria

The little house is lovely!Exactly what my partner and I were looking for: a warm and welcoming space surrounded by nature, with also the garden and animals. A real escape from the city!Bianca is very kind, very helpful and discreet. Thanks again for everything!!!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Each home offers unique comfort, with assets such as a sublime pool and incredible panoramas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace of our house, offering a breathtaking view. Enrico's warm and caring welcome, always available to make our stay perfect, really marked our experience. This exceptional place is a real gem, and we'll be happy to go back. This stay was a moment of pure happiness, from start to finish.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. A beautiful accommodation in a strategic location for visiting L'Aquila, the Gran Sasso park and other destinations. The interiors are spacious and comfortable. Recommended!

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We had a pleasant family stay despite the rain. Simone booked us the indoor tennis court, the restaurant, and even arranged for our car to be repaired in record time. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world
