Apartment with great location, clean and has everything that is needed for a quiet and comfortable accommodation. The host is extremely attentive and responded to messages almost immediately. The washer and dryer is also a great differential! We would definitely come back.

The hostess who received us is Sara's aunt, both very attentive, the AP is in front of the sea and with a view, we love our stay, very safe and quiet.

I had a great stay at the apartment! The space is very cozy, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The TV with multiple channels and the internet of great quality. The condominium has a great pool and a heated pool, which makes a difference on rainy days. Great location, very close to the beach and several shops. In addition, the host was very attentive and always available for any questions.

The place is super cozy. Thais gave us all the guidelines, and when a doubt arose, it was always at your disposal. The apartment is super organized, everything clean and by the sea. The condominium space is beautiful, has a swimming pool, BBQ area, legal mto game room, super quiet beach as well. There are several kiosks nearby. I'm definitely going back !

The apartment exceeded my expectations, I thought there were two bathrooms but there are 3 en-suites and 1 powder room. It accommodated everyone really well. Very cozy and super practical. To go to the beach, just cross the Avenue and as Tiago said, the beach kiosks serve very well and there are excellent restaurants nearby as well. The first time you get a little lost, but after you learn it, it's very easy and practical. There's a supermarket, bakery, just go down and you can do everything on foot. We will definitely be back next time and stay at Tiago's apartment. Congratulations!!!

Incredible place. The location of the house is invaluable. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Spacious, large, pool, grill, everything you could want. Cicinha was very helpful, always helpful. They also helped us process the San Pablo - Itamambuca transfer. Thank you very much!

The house is simply fantastic, it had everything, there was nothing missing, the location is excellent and the view of the house is surreal, very quiet condominium, a lot of peace and tranquility, something that we did not find elsewhere. Thank you very much Marie and Carol for the lodging and in opening their home to my Family, everyone was amazed by their residence.

Our stay at Julia's house was wonderful! Communication with the hostess has been great since before booking and throughout the trip as well, she was always available to ask questions and was a lot of requests. The house was very well-equipped, the full kitchen surprised us, everything we needed there. Very good also not to have towels (had a great number, including beach) and bedding. By the photos ends not giving to understand exactly the architecture of the house and the distribution of the rooms, but the whole description corresponds to the reality and is a beautiful house. About the location, we take great advantage of the private beach, although very small it is possible to spend an entire day there, even having space of sand to catch sun. The other beach, Vermelha do Sul, is also nearby, only having to go down a stairway after leaving the condominium street. Lastly, there really are no shops on the beach other than ice cream carts, but that's good, since it doesn't get crowded.

Tiago's house is the most technological Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything interconnected by Alexa and of high quality and good taste. The house is very comfortable and has great spaces to be with family and friends. Besides, Tiago is super responsive and very nice. We felt at home and I highly recommend staying here.

Impeccable, beautiful and very functional house. I spent the carnival family and we love it, we definitely want to go back. Angela is very proactive, flexible and has guided us well on possibilities in Ubatuba. Super indico!

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

Satisfying stay, from the house like Nelsinho himself did not leave us in hand, we were able to enjoy the holiday and get to know plenty of places, good location and people committed to help!!!

Carol's place was exactly what we needed - spacious, lots of places to sit down and lounge, all together, or in smaller groups. It was very pleasant, calm, and comfortable. My friends and I were able to work remotely with no issues, the internet connection was fast and reliable. The house is at most 150m from the beach, a very calm, and always very tranquil; and very close to a big supermarket. Other beaches are also easily reached in under half an hour by car, with easy parking. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone who asks!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

We host in Gi's apartment is worth every penny. Everything was clean and organized, fit all furnished providing a lot of comfort for our days. We were in 4 people and it served us very well. The photos are identical to the reality of the apartment. The condominium is perfect too, as well as being extremely close to the Enseada and Santa Rita beach. Gi was very attentive and kind in our conversations, helped me a lot with the check-in and check-out times. We will definitely return and recommend! 💓💓

The apartment is excellent, super equipped and with everything you need nearby, such as restaurants and a pharmacy, and a market and bakery within the condominium complex itself. Close to the beach! ☺️ The leisure area is great and very diverse, for all tastes. The only problem we had is that the indoor pool, which was supposed to be heated, was not heated even one day. 🥺 In addition to the girls, the condominium staff was super helpful. The doorman Nilton is simply wonderful, with such kindness and politeness. We love it! We will definitely be back! 🥰
