The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. Since the first contact, it was super sweet and made a difference in our experience. We definitely recommend !!

Paula's apartment is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are made of a thin, lightweight fabric, so the rooms with access to the balcony are very bright at dawn. The location is excellent for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside of high season, access to the beaches is also very easy. I really enjoyed it, I'd stay again.

The apartment perfectly met the expectations of the listing. The location is excellent, with a great market nearby and very close to the beaches I wanted to visit in Ubatuba (unfortunately, Lazaro Beach was unfit for bathing during my stay). The rooftop view of the sunrise in front of the Marina was one of the highlights of the trip — simply amazing! As a suggestion for improvement, I found the entry system a little confusing with the virtual keys accessed by link. It was necessary to open the Airbnb chat and search for the link whenever you needed to enter, which was not so practical, especially the first time. Also, the building's swimming pool could have heating, as outside of the summer season it is difficult to enjoy it. Overall, the stay was great and we are grateful to hosts for their receptivity!

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the most popular beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. The host is very polite, explains all the steps for hosting, gave tips about the city. The condominium has several attractions for those who stay there. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return on another occasion.

It was the first time I rented a stay through Airbnb, and right away I had a great experience. My family and I love the house. It is quite spacious, new facilities, the house offers utensils also to facilitate. It has good bathrooms! I'd definitely be back… Enjoy.

The stay was perfect, the house was extremely clean and everything was organized. It had everything we needed, everything was well-equipped. The house is super cozy and beautiful, we felt right at home. André is super attentive and helpful, always responding quickly and the condominium staff were super polite and friendly too. The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.
