It was a good experience and I intend to return again, it was an excellent stay.

A very pleasant place, according to the announcement, everything clean and organized, good neighborhood, quiet , wooded house as we like, near the places and the center , not even 15 min and we arrived just a few pots to store food, as we stayed for a week and we took no kind of utensils that was what made it more difficult, and we washed our clothes in the laundry room in the center because the house only has a small tank and it was a lot of clothes to dry tbm and the clothes are those on the floor turned out to be little space, the more that was excellent and we will come back when we do 🙏🏻

The accommodation served us perfectly, although a little distant from downtown Paraty. But it is worth noting that the place is quiet and has a great waterfall and very close by. Mr. Ulisses was friendly and made us comfortable.

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

Jo is simply a fantastic person, a super hospitable host, with incredible care for guests. We have no words to describe the house, we were already delighted by the photos, but in person, there is no comparison. An incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean, organized environment. It is seen at first that every aspect of the house was thought out with affection. A wonderful blend of art, sea and nature. Perfect for those with children too, my son felt like he was playing in a treehouse inside the house itself. Our experience was wonderful, perfect house, super close to the beach, with walking access, a villa for those who like peace and really enjoy family company.

We traveled for a 3-day stay in Ubatuba on the last holiday of Holy Week and had a great experience. The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, it was extremely clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer that helped me a lot. Junio anticipated our check-in at 1:30 a.m., we can store our bags and already go enjoy Praia Grande. As the apartment is in Itaguá, we took the opportunity to get to know Rua Guaraní at night and there are all kinds of shops, from good restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shop, etc; It is also close to the Shopping Mall and the Ferris Wheel. During the day we took the opportunity to visit beaches that I did not yet know in Ubatuba (Praia do Lázaro and Prumirim), we went by car, but it is very easy to access by Rio Santos. My 8-year-old daughter loved it, she wanted to stay in the apartment and on the beach. Thank you very much Junio for the reception and for clarifying all our doubts.

The loft is perfect, super tidy, well decorated and clean. Very easy to reach, there is place to park.. Well equipped kitchen, very tasty balcony too. Indico has a car because it is a little far from the historic center to walk, but by car it is very quiet and easy to reach. The only negative point are the neighbors of the house next door who made a lot of noise talking loudly until late at night, other than that, note 10!

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

The place is super cozy. Thais gave us all the guidelines, and when a doubt arose, it was always at your disposal. The apartment is super organized, everything clean and by the sea. The condominium space is beautiful, has a swimming pool, BBQ area, legal mto game room, super quiet beach as well. There are several kiosks nearby. I'm definitely going back !

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled nice and was very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. Clean bathrooms and hot showers. The rooms are comfortable, with very clean linens and towels. Anyway, a lot of care and pampering from the hosts. Mr. Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and helpful. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But we'll definitely be back soon!

Simply perfect! Quiet and pleasant place, all the residents are helpful, it was extremely relaxing for me and my family. I took my pets and they loved it. Literally a backyard waterfall. When we arrived everything was extremely neat and smelling, a fragrance that lasted the three days, I loved it too much! On the first day the gas ran out and soon the Nikollas came to replace, very requested. I highly recommend it to those who want to rest and also get to know Paraty, as it is 20 minutes from the center by car, very quiet. I want to come back more times! So you have to be a little more careful if you're taking kids

My husband and I loved staying at Renata and Colin's place. is a place with plenty of space, wooded, our house was inside the same plot of their house, but with total privacy. some easy-to-access trails led to a delicious stream, very good for bathing, with some nice water. the house is simple but perfectly according to the advertisement and exactly as we expected. very clean, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. we recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet a few minutes from downtown Paraty.
