The house is well equipped and is as shown in the photos. It's comfortable and cozy. Only one of the en-suites is smaller than we expected. It is close to the beach and with security reinforced by the condominium. In the kitchen we had difficulty opening some drawers that were stuck. But that didn't hinder the use. The pool is a good size and has a shallow part that was great for the kids. On the second day we had an accident with one of the chairs that broke while a person was sitting. I felt that Silvia was uncompromising and harsh in her responses after that. Even after we made the reimbursement payment. We failed to communicate at the time of the incident and only notified at the time of departure, due to the rush. There was never any intention of hiding what happened. Unfortunately, accidents happen! She also complained sharply that we left the house dirty and messy. Even though we pay a high cleaning fee, we try to clean and tidy up as much as possible with 5 small children.

Amazing house, safe and ready to receive the guests it promises. The hosts were very attentive and made us extremely comfortable. I recommend it and we'll be back!!!

We are very helpful in answering any questions, from the time of the confirmed booking. Mrs. Angélica who took care of the cleanliness and organization, very helpful and friendly.(included in the stay). We hired her to take care of our food too (not included in the stay). All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. Incredible place. The location of the house is invaluable. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Spacious, large, pool, grill, everything you could want. Cicinha was very helpful, always helpful. They also helped us process the San Pablo - Itamambuca transfer. Thank you very much!

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

It was great every step from booking to check out. The house is very cozy, with diverse environments for relaxing or cooking and the very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful house in the middle of the nature and very close to the sea. We spent an amazing week there to work and surf. Everything was perfect. All is made to live a very good time here. I can only recommend.

Great place for nature lovers. we loved the house and the animals around.,Leliane welcomed us upon arrival with a delicious cake. the property is very privet, in the middle of the nature but still not far from the city center. mosquito repellent is a must, and once you applied you can start enjoy your stay. highly recommend

we went in a group of 29 people and the house comfortably meets, including has a leisure area covered for everyone on rainy days, which are common la! In all 9 rooms the beds, doveiros and mattresses are new and of good quality, also the air freezes all rooms mt well! Next times in Ubatuba we want to stay at Renato's home again, who tmb was one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with!

We even forgot we were at the carnival . The worka Laura that we hired was amazing . A bare cook and extremely educated person. Kite helped us too much and we recommend it. We'll be back for sure . I rented to spend a weekend with my family and it was very nice! the house is large and clean. It has pots and utensils for cooking, television, beds, iron, etc. Check-in and checkout were super fast and very easy. Luiz (host) responds very quickly, with a lot of kindness and attention. The condominium is quite quiet and pleasant! It is very close to the beach of enseada and Santa Rita. We enjoyed a lot and were on foot to the beaches!

The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Tiago's house is the most technological Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything interconnected by Alexa and of high quality and good taste. The house is very comfortable and has great spaces to be with family and friends. Besides, Tiago is super responsive and very nice. We felt at home and I highly recommend staying here.

Great house, very spacious and well located on a relatively quiet beach, but with good structure. The house has several items for use on the beach, tent, chairs, etc. The best restaurant nearby is Limão Cravo, which has a varied menu and great food. Several wineries nearby help with the drinks.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our stay due to force majeure (family death), but the house is wonderful. We stayed 4 days in the house, extremely clean and well equipped, we did not miss household items at all. Mr. Antônio was super attentive and helpful from the beginning, during the stay he asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. About the house, it is very large and comfortable, all the spaces in the house were extremely clean, we enjoyed the pool very much (which is giant by the way), in the house there are board games, cards and Uno, we played several games, it even has a space to play, very cool. We made pizza in the wood-burning oven, which was delicious. The house has 2 kitchens outside and one inside, we use and enjoy every room. It was worth every penny, and we'll be back more often.
