I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: very beautiful, modern, well decorated and extremely cozy. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, a beautiful view. The service was also impeccable, always very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Neto is an excellent host, always available, answered us always with agility, provided a gastronomic/tour guide to enjoy each day. The apartment is exactly as described and advertised in the photos, very clean and cozy, the building is quite organized and easy to access to the main points of the city.

I loved the stay! Check in was flexible and the apartment is great: spacious, well decorated, with a great location and security. Since it was a business trip, it was a shame not to have stayed longer, but the next time I go to São Paulo, I hope I can stay there again!

We love everything. The place is fantastic and better than the photos. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and very beautiful. Grill area and swimming pool very large and with an amazing view. The site also has a very good sauna, hammocks, sun loungers, large and cozy rooms, fireplace, and other amenities. The host was very attentive from the beginning. It was very worth it. We like it very much and we will definitely return.

We stayed a week at the house, everything was wonderful, clean place, clean linens, Jesse and Mag were wonderful hosts, always ready to help us. They gave us tips on where to go! They are very attentive to details. We will certainly be back!

My wife and I liked the listing very much, and the host, Paulo, was extremely helpful and very friendly all the time, even though we made the reservation on short notice, he was able to help us all the time, he gave us all the necessary instructions, and so we were able to rest and enjoy the trip.

Alexandre’s place is a peaceful, foot in the sand, modern house with a great living room. Having breakfast at the balcony’s table overlooking the beach was priceless. The area is stunning. Alexandre was very helpful and proactive, and we ended up sourcing boat and other suppliers through his recommendations. Neusa, the lady who helped us with cleaning and food, does all with passion and great care. Her food is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. I highly recommend the stay in this place and plan to come back!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe and convenient to get in and out by car at any time. Very warm heated pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition, the beach in front is also very nice, especially for surfing. Everyone was very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, I will definitely come back.

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

The stay was perfect! The apartment is extremely well equipped and decorated, inserted in a condominium with several leisure options for the whole family. We were impeccably welcomed by the concierge, who kindly introduced us to the premises and functionalities of the place. In addition, we were greeted with welcome treats by the host, which made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, just minutes walk from downtown Capivari. Roberto has been shown to be an extremely polite, kind and helpful person, and is always ready to meet any need. We love the experience and are delighted with the stay!
