I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

We love our stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious and has everything we need to feel right at home. Best of all is that we were able to take our dogs, who also took a great advantage of the large, safe and well-maintained yard. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, Georgina and Givaldo were super attentive receiving us with a wonderful cake and a warm coffee! Are very quick in the answers. The location is great, close to several cool places to eat and stroll, but the house is in a very quiet street. It was a light ride, no worries. I highly recommend it to those who travel with pets or want a cozy place to relax and have fun! Summing up our journey from start to finish was perfect! ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is by street, about 3 blocks or so. We just miss having a cart to take the extra chairs and cooler to the beach. We used the extra umbrella too, because only the beach service one is small, we had 3 children. The cart was missing, but we managed. The apartment was clean! Quiet building, helpful staff. We spend a lot.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

Excellent location, clean, good location, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning works perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so you need to buy water.

The Apto do Marcelo is very comfortable and the photos perfectly describe the place. The condominium is extremely organized and has 2 pools, one being heated, it is a very pleasant space. The beach, although a little distant, is compensated for having chairs and umbrellas already assembled by the condominium. It was a perfect stay and I hope to return !
