We stayed in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is very beautiful, well decorated and super clean. The complete condominium. The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. Allan is a great host and the house is amazing! The accommodation brings together the best of Paraty, the proximity of the historic center, with all its culture and gastronomy, with the quiet of a new planned neighborhood and is still next to Rio-Santos, making it easy to access the most beautiful beaches of Paraty. The house has everything, is big and offers all the comfort to make us feel at home. On top of everything, we still got an amazing schooner tour, a gift from Allan! Hope to be back soon!

We stayed with family, 11 people. The house is amazing, rooms with views including the main dining table, which provides a unique experience. The house is very well equipped, it provides extremely comfortable and clean bed and bath linens. All rooms are spacious with very nice decor. An important tip is to bring a fan, as the rooms have air-conditioning but in summer the rest of the house, like any other place, gets very hot. Despite having plenty of stairs in the house and for car-free access to the beach, it was not a critical issue that made it no longer worthwhile. One point that I think is relevant to mention is that for those who like to enjoy music in the pool, the neighbor even made a complaint twice, even though it was below the allowed decibels, in a totally controlled tone and during the day (between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.). Apart from that, everything was impeccable! Myriam also provides beach chairs and umbrellas, a plus for us!

We love to spend the holiday in the home of Eliza, it is as beautiful as in the pictures, a beautiful view for those who are looking for a calm and pleasant environment, I loved the decor of the house. Eliza was super gentle, she gave us great recommendations and made us super comfortable, we felt at home.

The apartment is very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures. When we arrived the apartment smelled that it had just been cleaned, all tidy and very clean. It has a variety of nearby markets, bars and restaurants. On the ground floor of the condominium has a market, bakery with integral products, ice cream shop and gift shop. The resort's infrastructure is great, it has everything you need for your stay and leisure. Bento responds very quickly and when we need it, he answered us promptly. We'll definitely be back.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.
