The 1-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can reach the untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are very welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any additional costs. Please simply note in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.
