Beautiful romantic cottage (originally car garage) in a fantastic location, in the park around an Art Nouveau Seidlvilla. A Swedish oven provides additional warmth and flair warmth and flair. Am Walde: Mountain hideaway with breathtaking view

Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))

Lanzenbach - Alm in the Allgäu right on the Hochgrat

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. You are the only guests in the apartment and therefore do not have to be considerate of other guests. The children can romp, play or make music and it does not bother anyone. Your own swimming spot provides refreshment in summer. The Hochgratbahn is within walking distance. The bus runs almost right outside the front door. In the evening, you can end the evening comfortably at the fire bowl.

Apartement "Lenz"

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Our apartment is well located, the sports fields, train station, and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk or less! This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.

Welcome to the "Kuschelkanzel" – your cozy retreat in the middle of Bavarian nature. Enjoy tranquility, fresh mountain air and magnificent views. Start hiking or cycling right outside the front door. In the evening, the cozy apartment with its own kitchen and cozy sleeping places invites you to relax. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. However, for a particularly comfortable vacation experience, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 3 guests.

Feel at home in our child-friendly house with a family atmosphere!

The 34 square meter apartment offers everything for a relaxing vacation in the mountains. Delicious food can be prepared in the old wood-burning stove or the modern microwave. Two gas stoves are also available. The rent also includes two bicycles (MTB), for shopping around the corner or for tours. The tourist tax is due separately and is to be paid at check-in (3 euros per person per night).

100 m² living space | 4 people | 2 bedrooms | hot pot | sauna The Scharnitz suite is equipped with two double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The special feature of this apartment is the integrated large sauna in one of the sleeping areas with panoramic views. Also two bathrooms with rain shower offer a relaxing break after hiking. A special highlight is the hot pot oasis.

The magnificent Forggensee can be reached after approx. 10 minutes' walk. Many hiking trails are also easy to reach. Ideal location for numerous sports and relaxation.
