The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. The location is perfect if you want to go hiking, in the rain at the Ache, in the sun in Hochötz - the cable car ticket is included. Sabine was always available and very helpful. I'd love to come back!

We all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is appealing, cozy, lovingly and individually furnished, the kitchen-living room is the heart of the whole. The historic farmhouse is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest and meadows, blooming trees, rippling Brünnlein. The feather cattle, the cats walk around the farm and the adjacent meadows. The various different excursion and hiking opportunities are easily accessible by car, but also on foot or by bike, even after what you want to do. Peter is a very friendly and helpful host, had great tips and hints, was always easily accessible. In past reviews, it was stated that certain costs, such as tourist tax, should have been paid. You always have to pay tourist tax in Germany and Austria, whether on Sylt, in the Black Forest or in the Salzburger Land, this is completely normal! All in all it was a lovely week, thank you!

Our stay in Oberstdorf with Martina was very nice - the apartment is very clean, comfortably furnished and Martina as a host is very warm and always trying to make everything so that the guests are well! We felt more than comfortable and will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Awesome appartement surrounded by montains in a quiet area. Beautiful inside and outside with the best hosts you can ask for. Michael helped me with car issues on top of always having a good advice on the area. Internet was great and I had no issues working during my stay. I highly recommend 🙂

A really great apartment with fantastic views , in addition, the apartment is tastefully furnished - everything you needed...and a super comfortable couch - surroundings unbeatable - several hiking trails start at the door and with the zoom lens you have a good view of the castles - there were four of us there ...only the wasps and mosquitoes were caustic for - neither the host nor anyone else can 😊

Perfect location for us. We were able to take the skis to front of the house and in the morning to the bus stop also with the skis. It couldn't be better. The apartment was very spacious and clean and we appreciated the bread service in the morning. We are already looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely hospitable and provided us with great tips on attractions in the area. The house was clean, cozy and perfect for our family, with special attention even for the little ones: our three-year-old son loved the games provided. The environment was warm and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. The location is perfect, close to the Colle Isarco station, and the card kindly donated by the host allowed us to travel for free by public transport to visit the Christmas markets of Vipiteno and Bressanone. Great value for money! I highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!

We felt extremely comfortable in Jaquelin's very nice apartment and didn't miss anything. Messages were always responded to quickly and particularly kindly. In advance, there were great tips on skiing, surroundings, restaurants, etc. The fact that the car is in an underground garage is very pleasant, especially in winter. A great week for adults and children.

A perfect place for our family vacation. Very very stylish, cozy and clean with plenty of space. Everything has been thought of and also highly recommended with toddler. Great terrace for sitting outside and playground right around the corner. In a quiet location with baker, Italian and inn directly accessible on foot or downstairs (and fresh eggs from the farm opposite) and yet quickly accessible excursion destinations by car or train. The Königscard is included and was great for some free or reduced entries. Very friendly hostess Sina. Glad to come back! :)

When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by Karin. There was also a delicious welcome greeting on the table and many utensils (high chairs, baby bed, toys) were prepared for our little daughter. The apartment as well as the rest of the courtyard and garden are modern and furnished with a lot of love. The street on which the courtyard is located is unfortunately very busy, but when the windows are closed, you can hardly hear anything. We liked to spend the sunny evenings outside on the small balcony in front of the door. Karin always gave us good food and excursion tips. Our daughter loved the garden with the playground equipment and the animals. We felt very comfortable and welcome at the Mooshof.

We felt very comfortable in Lermoos. The apartment looked like the pictures and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Isabella was very nice and always answered our questions promptly. We will definitely be back :)

This was the ideal starting point for a trip to the Zugspitze with the family. We felt very comfortable and would have stayed longer! Everything you need for a short vacation is there and our highlight was the view of the fantastic Alpspitze from the balcony. Check-in via key box was easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be back in the mountains again. :-)

It is obvious why Dani is a superhost. She was extremely responsive, and helpful whenever we needed it. She also was extremely accommodating when I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. The city was beautiful and was easy to get around, and the ski shuttle stop was right down the street. I would highly recommend booking with Dani.

We had a really nice stay at this apartment! The 40 sqm apartment with the 10 sqm balcony is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal to quickly reach the picturesque Weißer See and the Breitenbergbahn. The surrounding area also invites you to a variety of activities with its opportunities for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. Particularly practical was the access to the pool and sauna in the basement of the residential complex – a great extra! We also liked the tennis court and the mini-golf course on the outdoor area. The apartment itself is modern and well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to take care of yourself, including a dishwasher and microwave. The large dining table is great, and the sleeping options with the comfortable box-spring bed and the sofa bed are also great. The large balcony overlooking the countryside is a real highlight, where you can end the evenings nicely.

Highly recommended! Spic and span, tidy, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nearby are restaurants, shopping and by car you can quickly reach great destinations. For our one-year-old daughter, a bed and high chair were provided and also for our dog, baskets and bowls were provided. Very, very fast communication, easily accessible. We will be happy to come back, thanks Jenny!

We have never experienced such a well-equipped apartment as this one. It really had everything you could ever need, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is very nice and cozy and really has a great view of the mountains. Communication with Andreas was also always very nice with pleasantly short response times. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Small but nice apartment. Everything was clean, we felt very comfortable. Swimming pool and indoor playground are great for children. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!
