A very, very cozy place.

It is located at the very top, directly under the roof truss, and is one of our smallest apartments with 37 m². Above all, the "Winkel" is a very, very cozy place. The peaceful bedroom convinces with solid wood furniture made of pine. From the window here you can look out onto the edge of the forest. The living room is bright and welcoming. The skylight lets a lot of daylight into the room. The sofa bed invites you to laze and offers large comfort mattress enough space even when sleeping.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Lukas’ guesthouse. Communication was great. Lukas greeted us when we got there and gave us a ton of information about the area in English even. This is a great location for exploring the area with beautiful views and a grocery store super close. The guesthouse was perfect size for our family of four and our dog. We loved having the fresh bread outside our door every morning and a stocked fridge with meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit for breakfast every morning. Thanks, Lukas and Sarah, we will be back soon!

Tom is a very friendly host. He helped us with all the information about Innsbruck with maps and necessary public transport. There was a bad weather condition and we had to drive back to Salzburg after our stay. He helped us with information about road conditions and told us the safest way possible. Really appreciate that. Stay was comfortable. Everything in place. Thanks a lot Tom!

We had a great time staying at the Bayern resort. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and has incredible mountain views. It’s also very well connected to all the major attractions in the area. Loads of fabulous hikes around. Barbara is lovely and was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

Nothing but good words to Doris :) Doris herself gave us plenty of explanations to get around and even do some activities other than skiing. Breakfast was outstanding, rooms were always clean and overall the stay was great. Getting to St. Anton center was a piece of cake thanks to the free-during-the-day bus station just outside the place. definitely recommended for everyone looking to enjoy Alrberg ski area.

The property is very new and tastefully decorated. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. From the south-facing balcony you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Hochzeiger ski area. There is a modern shared kitchen and a common room. Here, a rich breakfast awaited us in the morning, which was lovingly prepared by the hostess Julia. Julia was always there for us with tips and suggestions and ensured an unforgettable holiday through her friendly and affectionate manner. Thank you for everything, we will be back.

I stayed here for a week with a colleague, and we really enjoyed our visit. Plenty of space. Ample parking. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Checkin and checkout was easy. I highly recommend staying here.

It's a wonderful place, perfect for an active day rest and then a quiet evening. Around beautiful nature and fantastic views, and the owners are very nice, friendly and helpful people, full of kindness. The apartment has everything you need and provides privacy, and we recommend breakfast on the property. We're figuring out what time to go there again. Highly recommend!
