Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Unser Haus ist ideal für größere Gruppen, um feine Stunden zu haben. Im Somme grillen auf der Terrasse im Winter im gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kachelofen. Die Haltestelle zum Hochzeiger oder zum PitztalerGletscher ist direkt neben dem Haus, das Dorfzentrum ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Area 47 ,zum Rafting bzw. Canyoning haben Sie eine Fahrzeit von 20-30. min. Ab Mitte Juni bis Ende Aug. nur Buchungen ab 7Tage. Bis zu 3 Nächten wird Kurzaufenthaltszuschlag berechnet.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Max 1, which is situated in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, overlooks the Alps. The 55 m² property con sists of a living-/sleeping room, a fully-equipped kitchenand 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.

Zum Ortskern sind es ca. 5 minuten Fußweg. Ein Waschraum mit Münzautomat und ein Münztrockner stehen zur Verfügung (0,20€ Münzen werden benötigt).
