Meine Unterkunft ist ca 33 qm groß plus Balkon, sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom Ortszentrum und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Unser Haus ist ideal für größere Gruppen, um feine Stunden zu haben. Im Somme grillen auf der Terrasse im Winter im gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kachelofen. Die Haltestelle zum Hochzeiger oder zum PitztalerGletscher ist direkt neben dem Haus, das Dorfzentrum ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Area 47 ,zum Rafting bzw. Canyoning haben Sie eine Fahrzeit von 20-30. min. Ab Mitte Juni bis Ende Aug. nur Buchungen ab 7Tage. Bis zu 3 Nächten wird Kurzaufenthaltszuschlag berechnet.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Im ruhigen Dorfkern von Haiming haben wir im - 1. Stock! - unseres großen, älteren Hauses drei Zimmer, Essraum, Küche, Bad, WC mit dem was uns zur Verfügung steht, freundlich eingerichtet. Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw.Bus (zu Fuß ca.10 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar und an Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region angebunden. Bauernladen, Bäcker, Fleischer sind um´s Eck, 5 min zum "MiniEKZ" im Dorf.

The spacious vacation apartment Golserhof is located in Merano (Meran) on the 2nd floor of a traditional alpine-style house. It was completely renovated at the beginning of 2020. The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, heating and both cable and satellite TV. If requested, a baby bed is available for free.
