APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Casa del Mare 2 – Green oasis just 100m from the sea!

A 70sqm large apartment at ground floor of an isolated house surrounded by greenery with a large garden overlooking sea, barbecue, solar shower and covered parking. Located in a very quiet place, next to a nice and never crowded pebble beach. Available for free: bicycles, sun loungers and umbrella for the beach and on the garden, covered parking, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in a laundry room. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already noted on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and converted in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the lake. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!
