Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

This place is clean, bright and spacious, and has a fabulous location just steps from a public beach. We stayed 4 adults and 6 children and did not feel cramped. Gaia was extremely kind. We had forgotten to bring towels, even though we had been made aware that they were not included, and she immediately showed up with a generous quantity of them. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Highly recommend if you are travelling to San Vincenzo for the beach!

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Capraia is a beautiful island, to go by boat or on foot. The apartment is clean and well furnished. The view is splendid. Convenient location. The hospitality is very welcome at the "Casa del Porto", offered by Mrs. Loreta, commissioned by Eros on the island, both for the luggage storage and for the shelter from the rain after check-out while waiting for the ferry to return.

Very large and comfortable apartment, a stone's throw from the center and with easy parking. Recommended!

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for us! Peaceful and quiet. Host greeted us warmly and was available throughout the stay. Peaceful nice sleep. We will be back!

apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. Beatrice and her family made us feel like we were at a friend's house... we thank Giulia and Mirko so much for having entertained our little Dominik

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely cottage in a quiet area. Close to the beach with nice walking tracks nearby.

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

Blown away, we will be back many times

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!

Nice appartment with everything you need. Great view out on bay. Brigitte helpful with good instructions how to find the appartment and check in.

Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...
