abbiamo appena terminato il soggiorno di due settimane nell'alloggio di Assunta.Come l'anno scorso ci siamo trovati benissimo.Maddalena ci ha accolto e subito messo a nostro agio,Assunta coccolati con buonissima uva e fichi. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto dell'annuncio.A parte il caldo di quest'anno la vacanza è stata molto piacevole tra sagre e borghi sempre meravigliosi anche da rivisitare.

Flavio e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con cortesia e disponibilità dandoci delle buone dritte. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e ben attrezzato, ma tra tutto spicca la splendida terrazza, ampia e spaziosa, dove godere una vista mozzafiato. In particolare si può cenare ammirando tutti colori del tramonto sul mare e sulle isole.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen und sehr ruhige Lage. Die ganze Gartenanlage mit einer Vielzahl von gedeckten Plätzen mit Tischen, Bänken und Stühlen kann genutzt werden und ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Pools und Liegestühle waren sehr sauber. Schachspielen im Freien, Ausleihe von Büchern aus der Bibliothek, schwimmen im Pool und relaxen im Sprudelbad - das war Entspannung pur. Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Spa Bereich über die Hügel der Toskana. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher, Anlage ist elektronisch gesichert und der gedeckte Autoabstellplatz ist videoüberwacht. Hilfreiche Tipps von Laura mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und sehr freundliches Kennenlernen bei einem Kaffee. In 10 Minuten ist man im Städtchen Bagno di Gavorrano wo man im Coop Supermarkt alles findet was man benötigt. Küchengeräte zahlreich und funktional. Laura war immer erreichbar und das Personal wohnt auf dem Gelände und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Laura und ihre Mitarbeiter verdienen die Auszeichnung Super-Host!

La nostra esperienza in questa location immersa nella natura è stata semplicemente straordinaria. La tenda era confortevole e ben attrezzata, permettendoci di godere appieno della bellezza circostante. Abbiamo adorato la compagnia degli animali che ci hanno accolto ogni giorno, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi chilometri da ottimi ristoranti e con una spiaggia incantevole facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento trascorso qui, sia che si trattasse di esplorare i dintorni o di rilassarci nella tranquillità della tenda. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marcella e Rocco, che sono stati incredibilmente ospitali e disponibili, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse nulla. La loro accoglienza ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile.

Hannelore ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft war sauber und wirklich ruhig! An heiße Tage ist der Pool für eine Abkühlung wirklich super! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und ist dadurch wirklich ruhig und die Landschaft einfach wunderschön! Wir hatten alles was man brauch und sogar noch mehr :-) Hannelore kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste! Dank der Klimaanlage waren auch die Nächte angenehm und man konnte gut ausgeschlafen in den Tag starten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Hannelore und können es jedem der Ruhe und Natur möchte absolut empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Hannelore und alles Gute für dich und deinen Mann :-)

Gianluca è stato sempre molto gentile con noi. Lui era presente nel momento del check-in e del checkout. La casa molto carina e pulita. Il giardino sembrava più grande guardando le foto ma era bello comunque e tutto recintato. Anche i nostri due cani si sono trovati bene. La casa invece era più grande di quello che sembrava guardando le foto! Siamo stati veramente bene!! Grazie, Gianluca!! Ci torneremo!

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Andrea è stato molto molto positivo. L'appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio sia estetico che pratico. Andrea è stato molto gentile e molto disponibile, la comunicazione con lui praticamente immediata sia per il check-in che per il check-out e non solo. L'alloggio dotato di ogni confort e Il giardino è curato nel dettagli e ben recintato. Una sicurezza per il nostro cagnolone. La posizione è molto strategica e in meno di 10 minuti si possono raggiungere molti posti nei dintorni della zona, oltre ad offrire ottimi panorami sulle zone circostanti. Torneremo al più presto

Das Haus war sehr schön geräumig und mit vielen modernen Elementen. Es hatte den Charme des Bauernhäuser, gleichzeitig den Komfort von Umbaumassnahmen. Wunderschöne Gartenmöbel, tolle Fenster, klasse Herd. Wir haben uns mit 2 Familien sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt, die Räume sehr großzügig gestaltet.

We loved our stay with our hosts very much. Nothing was too much trouble the place is perfect if you desire peace and quiet. We saw deer and foxes amongst other beautiful wildlife and birds which included two types of owls. The setting is just amazing. The room was nice and the separate communal kitchen was a bonus and we prepared many of our meals there whilst we stayed. The road is as described a gravel track and is two kilometres long with many potholes, but this was described well by Ryann in advance of our arrival. You do need a 4x4 or SUV to navigate the road safely. If you want the most peaceful accommodation in Tuscany you should definitely try a stay here. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of help while we were in Tuscany. I would say that we became friends with our hosts and have added them to our Christmas card list. The hosts speak multiple languages including German, English and Italian. All in all the perfect holiday for Joanne and myself.

We had a great stay as 3 families. Very nice property in a calm surrounding with a lot of space. Beautiful garden and great swimming pool. The roms are simple with comfortable doubles beds. To note that the 8 rooms are actually in 3 separate appartement/ buildings. The kitchen has the basic equipment available. One definitely needs a car as the property is quite isolated. Valeria was very helpful with tips and advice.

Via een hobbelig weggetje van ongeveer 2 km reden wij naar de boerderij waar ons appartement zich bevond. Bij aankomst vielen we even stil, wàt een prachtige boerderij met veel groen, bloemen en palmbomen. Een zwembad, jacuzzi...gewoon een paradijsje! De omgeving is prachtig, genoeg plekken om te ontdekken. Rafting, wandelen, lekker eten. Pisa op 2 uur rijden, Toscane op 1.5 uur rijden. Maar gewoon lekker een dag bij de boerderij blijven is ook heerlijk! In het appartement valt het een klein beetje tegen. Ze zijn wel groot, dat is fijn! Alleen onderhoud is wat minder, meubels wat verouderd. Tips voor de verhuurder: Vul het keukengerei wat aan, er is te weinig. En het was wat vies. Klein beetje basisbehoeften, zoals olie, zout & peper ( dat staat wel in de advertentie) Nieuwe matrassen of een nieuwe topper. Schonere ( wat nieuwere) ventilatoren. En veiligere stopcontacten. We raden deze plek wel aan, we waren blij met de 30 graden en we hebben veel buiten genoten van al het moois!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marisa und ihrer Familie. Wir wurden rundum versorgt und hatten tolle Gespräche mit ihr. Marisa ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das kühle Steinhaus ist super für heiße Sommertage und die Umgebung perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

È la mia seconda volta alla Valle Incantata, ma il posto mi meraviglia ogni volta. Anche solo per due notti, ha la capacità di farti scordare tutto ciò che esiste all'esterno. Marcella e Piero sono due padroni di casa che ti fanno subito sentire parte della famiglia. Gli animali della fattoria, poi, possono curare ogni solitudine. La tenda è più spartana degli altri alloggi in natura disponibili che ho provato, ma corrisponde esattamente a descrizione. Tutto è curato nel dettaglio, e l'amore che gli host mettono in quello che fanno fa la differenza. Si conferma il posto ideale se si intende evadere dalla quotidianità. Spero di tornare presto!

Sehr gemütliches kleines Reihenhäusern in ruhiger Lage mit abgeschlossenem Garten. Wanderwege sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sauberes zu Hause mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Gianluca war erstklassig. Er und seine Frau sind sehr sympathische Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

At the end of the road, a bumpy windy gravel drive very well explained by the host you will find two incredible hosts. A place to wind down to connect with your surroundings. A place with silence and desirable nature. A place with not just a lock box and a key but rather a smile and a friend to greet. Their hospitality extends well beyond a host. Wspaniale miejsce i cudowni gospodarze. Przywitali nas ciepło, oprowadzili po całej posesji, pokazali pokój i miejsca wspólne. Bardzo Isola przywitali naszego pieska, mógł porosnąć się swobodnie po podwórku, bez smyczy. Widok z tarasu jest przepiękny, miejsce otoczone górami, cisza, spokój, prawdziwe wakacje w Toskanii. Bardzo polecam to miejsce i gospodarzy którzy widać że wkładają w to całe swoje serce. szkoda że byliśmy tylko na dwa dni.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi!! Il posto è veramente stupendo!! La casa semplice, ma con tutto il necessario! Giulia ci ha ricevuti ed è stata sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Loren, Luigi, Thomas, Akira e Romeo sono i migliori vicini che potevamo avere! Persone (e animali) meravigliosi!! Non ci resta che ringraziare tutti. Ritorneremo volentieri e super consigliamo il soggiorno.

Visited Gavorrano for a wedding. The apartments were perfect for what we needed. Very quiet and easy to find. You definitely need a car as it’s tucked away in the sticks. If you’re looking for peace and privacy then this is great. Check in was super easy. And the guy was lovely giving my daughter some sweets and water which was very well received after a long journey. There were facilities that we didn’t make any use of, but they looked nice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Nataliya. La terrasse vaste et à l'ombre très rapidement dans la journée est un des deux atouts majeurs. Vue magnifique sur la mer. On a admiré depuis-là les feux d'artifice du 16 juillet, tirés du petit port de Rio Marina. La plage accessible rapidement à pied par un petit chemin raide à travers la forêt est l'autre atout: charmante et calme. L'eau y est claire, les rochers et colonies de posidonies attirent les poissons, il faut penser au masque/tuba pour profiter des fonds! L'accès à la maison en voiture depuis Rio Marina se fait par une petite route très étroite, où on ne se croise parfois pas à deux. Ce logement pourrait facilement obtenir la note maximale si l'intérieur était remis au goût du jour. Salle-de-bain, cuisine et décoration d'une autre époque qui donnent une impression de manque de propreté, c'est dommage! Mais on a vite oublié tout ça, nous étions venus chercher le calme et la vue, et nous les avons eus.

We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

Salvo e Laura sono hosts attenti e al contempo riservati. La casa è strutturata benissimo per cui si possono fare più combinazioni di appartamenti a seconda delle esigenze. Lo spazio fuori è bellissimo con un bel giardino curato e a disposizione barbecue, tavoli per cenare fuori. Gli interni sono ben arredati e puliti. È stato un weekend bellissimo. Grazie

Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto e molto funzionale. Giardino adiacente alla casa completamente recintato ed arredato con tavolo e sedie e lettini. Perfetta per chi viaggia con i propri cani. E' possibile fare diverse passeggiate nei dintorni della casa. Grazie per averci ospitato.
