The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

As soon as we arrived at Carlo's accommodation, we immediately had the feeling that our vacation would be special: the location and the house itself are wonderful, the large park (all fenced, perfect for those like us who had children and dogs) that surrounds you with incredible peace, the large spaces of the house are precious when there are so many, everyone has their own privacy. Carlo is an exceptional host, prepared and welcoming. He helped us with all our requests! (and there were many:) a special thanks to Grazia who makes you find an impeccable house, beds and towels arranged as in the best hotels, the house smells clean until the last day, this is synonymous with attention to detail that is often not found elsewhere. this accommodation gets into your heart, it was also special for our dogs, a huge park where you can play and run safely. starting again was really tiring!

Beautiful and clean rooms in a rustic Tuscan farmhouse setting. Great place to visit close by vineyards like the Conti do San Bonifacio, though I was just there for a wedding.

Stay more than perfect! Maria Elena and her husband are super nice and available for any need. The accommodation is much better than the photos and enjoys excellent privacy. The garden is exclusive and fenced, perfect for those like us traveling with the dog. The location is also good and the sea can be reached in 20 minutes. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place! Thanks to Maria Elena, her husband and their beautiful little dog. We hope to be able to return soon!

We couldn't have been happier with Gian Matteo's apartment in Colle di Val d'Elsa as our home base in Tuscany. The village is equally (or even more) enchanting as the more popular towns nearby except you feel like you're living with the locals and not a tourist. We started each morning sitting at the local Italian pastry shop using the vouchers included with the apartment and the breakfast treats and coffee were simply AMAZING! Day trips to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, a winery in Chianti (Podere Bucine), and Monteriggioni were all within 20 to 45 minutes and incredibly scenic drives. Dinner options in Colle di Val d'Elsa itself include a wide variety of restaurants all within a short walk and the local grocery store (Conad) has all the essentials, produce, and prepared foods one could need. Wish we could have stayed two weeks instead of one!

Stefano's apartment is very cozy, equipped with everything you need for cleaning and cooking, and we also really appreciated the presence of the coffee machine with capsules and breakfast products. Stefano also provided us with fresh water in the refrigerator. The pass to park at a low cost was very useful. From the apartment, located a little high, you can also walk to the center, we preferred to do it by car for convenience. I definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay in Argentario.

An all-around successful stay at Simona's! Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Simona couldn't be better, she took extremely loving care of us! The tips for the area were really great and she was always available to us. Also the equipment of the apartment is excellent. From the iron to the coffee machine inc. Coffee is all there. What might bother others a little would be the proximity to the SS1 and the somewhat outdated pool. This did not bother us and we enjoyed the view of the sea every night. We will definitely come back! Thanks for the great stay! :)

Thanks to the ENTIRE family, we felt welcomed and well received. They were always accommodating and never obtrusive. The home is nestled among an olive grove with two very sweet cats. It so peaceful during the day and no light pollution, which made excellent star gazing. We were about 15 minutes to the downtown area but felt like we in a private resort. There’s a full fridge and large oven/stove so you can stock up and make meals. Most importantly, my Mother has very limited mobility, there were no steps or elevator for the first floor bedroom (second bedroom is upstairs with a gorgeous view)

We loved our stay , everything was beautiful and just as described, Christine and Monica we’re both great host and made us feel at home. The countryside is beautiful. The recommendation for restaurants were all great, I would definitely go back again !

Benedetta was an extremely attentive, helpful and courteous host!!! She was available 24/7 and always had a smile on her face!! She was more than friendly and the breakfast was also fresh and well prepared!! We were totally surprised that Benedetta even made our rooms during our stay!!! What a great service!! We would check in again at any time in this AirBnB and can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great and beautiful time in Cecina!! Thank you for the hospitality Benedetta!!

I felt warmly welcome from the first moment. The two are incredibly friendly and helpful and you can feel at every corner that this is a heartfelt project. For breakfast, there are jams, peanut butter, yogurt, bread and cakes - all homemade or home-baked. The location is great for exploring all parts of the island and there are plenty of "insider tips". So, just try it out - it's worth it! PS: And if you pay attention after sunset, you will be delighted by a real eye-catcher.

We stayed at Cristina's during a trip with friends and we couldn't have found a better welcome! Cristina was immediately extremely friendly, nice and helpful, always ready to give us great advice to make the most of our stay. Breakfast was really amazing, rich and with attention to detail. We also really appreciated the covered parking, a great convenience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was also a spacious platform reserved for the room with a dedicated Jacuzzi which, unfortunately, we were unable to fully exploit, but which still remains an added value. We absolutely recommend staying at Cristina's and hope to be back soon!

Very happy with the stay! A truly charming b&b where a hearty and well maintained breakfast is available every morning. The room was sparkling clean with plenty of space for luggage. Easy communication with the host both prior and during the stay- this host knows what hospitality is!

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!
