Our stay at Jessica and Sebastian’s Airbnb in Akumal was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We hosted an approved event, and the space was more than accommodating — everyone had room to relax and enjoy. Jessica was incredibly communicative, especially with our event planner, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The on-site staff were also amazing — attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Whether you're planning a family getaway or an intimate approved event, this location is an absolute gem. We can’t thank Jessica and Sebastian enough for making our stay unforgettable. The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

This home is like a personal sized resort! Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty and our host Lu took care of our every need whether it was taxis to town, e-bike rentals or restaurant recommendations. She even grocery shopped for us so we could just relax when we arrived! It was the trip of a lifetime for me and my teenage boys who spent hours in the beautiful pool. Our overall stay was great. The host and co-host were always responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The property was beautiful and spacious — perfect for a group trip. We especially appreciated the support when unexpected issues came up, as the host communicated clearly and worked to resolve things quickly. There were a few challenges during our stay, but the team handled them professionally and with care. We left with great memories and would definitely consider staying at one of their properties again. Super beautiful and would recommend.

Beautiful house in quite location. Has everything you need. Access road terrible but as advertised. When decided to sportem our stay Emmanuel was very kind to refund. Really appreciated.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Great stay at Sadot's house. For starters it was the most beautiful place I've ever rented. Luxuous feel, clearly perfect for photoshooting but also well thought. Each guest/couple has his/her own private bedroom+dressing room+full bathroom with A/C. The common space is a beautiful cathedral ceiled living room with open kitchen. The pool lets you spend a few hours chilling. Sadot was hyper responsive, super helpful and sent a helping neighbourgh/employee fix our problem. When we asked if we needed to turn on a pump for filtering/renewing the pool water, he sent him and they decided to to a full clean of the pool. On the second day we had a brand new pool. The nearby locality has looots of offers to eat but we basically went to the same family-owned delicious taqueria (that offers a few other choices): Koox Janal. You can also find handicraft mostly macramé and wood word (hard wood for furniture and wicker for light fixture or decorations). Great GREAT stay.

We loved Ricardo's place. The appartment complex is great with it's many pools, and it is well situated, both by car and to walk. the appartment itself is just like the pictures and description, and we felt at home and very safe. Tulum is under development so there are some great restaurants, and there is a lot of potential.

Ari/Hector have been wonderful hosts! They checked on me and made sure I felt right at home. Their level of service is top-notch, so much that I wish all hosts were like them. They take really good care and of their guests! I loved the view from the apartment and I watch the sunset from the room almost everyday- it was just stunning! The place was comfortable and the top-to-bottom glass wall overlooking the pool makes it even more endearing. Would love to stay with you again in the near future! I absolutely loved my stay here. She was very responsive to any questions & inquiries. Overall very peaceful with some construction & dogs barking but overall felt the peace of the area being in the jungle and working from the villa. It’s also vibrant in town with lots of options for food and activities. I stayed for a month and mid way through my stay they had a cleaner come to clean the villa which was great. The internet was fast & worked great without any issues working from the villa. I experienced one power outage while i was there. Close walking distance to near by shops, markets and other near by sights. Also used a bike to get around. Roads were unpaved some under construction and being paved making for a bumpy ride when riding around and dusty. There is so much I loved about this spot. Daily yoga on the patio which I loved in addition to swims in the pool. The staff were amazing cleaning the pool every morning and responding to any inquiries. I would stay again & recommend

Lea was an incredible host! She was responsive to all our needs and the villa was spotless. They provided plenty of towels and even cleaning supplies for the washer and kitchen. I couldn't recommend this spot more to anyone considering a stay in Tulum

I loved this apartment! The design is lovely and fitted out well. The swimming pool is literally 3m from the terrace which also has its own private jacuzzi. The roof top pool is also great. The location in La Veleta is perfect and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The host was great and replied to me pretty much immediately. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time, this place is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Lesly and Danial were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our anniversary very memorable and special. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion or just a get away.

After driving through the chaotic hotel zone along the beach, arriving at Lakin-Ha Eco-Lodging feels like stepping into paradise. Book while you can - this place is a hidden gem! You’ll be blissfully disconnected from the outside world (at least until 6:30 p.m. when the electricity kicks in), surrounded by stunning nature. Jeronimo, the owner, and Jorge, the manager, go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Tip 1: Jorge makes the best ceviche in town - don’t miss it for lunch! Tip 2: Stock up on snacks, and drinks before you arrive. Tip 3: At the entrance to the Reserva de la Biósfera Sian Ka'an, let them know you're a guest, not just a visitor - you might get a discount! Honestly, they don’t deserve any entrance fee at all, as the more remote parts of the reserve are completely neglected - but you’ll see for yourself! In any case, I look forward to coming back as soon as possible! Thank you so much!!

Jungle tree house stay - 5 days. Exceptional team - Saul, Karla and Vincente made it feel like staying with friends. Incredible off the grid location. Bring bug spray. You need a 4x4 (no joke) and you want to navigate from Chemuyil, NOT Dos Ojos. But this place is an incredible experience, away from (but close enough to) the now tourist traps of TULUM and AKUMAL. One night just won't do it justice. City dwellers be aware: the tree frogs are really loud at night and you want to keep the mosquito netting firmly closed at all times but it's incredible watching fireflies flash outside the netting as you drop off to sleep. If you have particular dietary needs, let them know in advance - there is no restaurant onsite, just what's being cooked for dinner that evening. As a pescatarian, I was lucky enough to have tilapia and mash on my arrival but chose to drive into town or farther for the rest of my stay. I travelled solo and loved it.

Patrico’s eco retreat was the perfect spiritual get away. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the perfect place to reflect and reconnect with nature. The toilets are compost, the showers draw water from the underground river, and electricity is solar panel powered so the entire retreat is self sustainable. If you’re truly a nature person and find beauty in simple living you will appreciate this stay.

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

It was a bit difficult for us to get there since we didn’t have a car, but Valentin made sure to make it easier for us. The experience was very good, and he cooks deliciously, would definitely go back again!

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️

Bug Warning!!! If you aren't comfortable with giant bugs, this is NOT the place for you!!! Otherwise, absolutely wonderful place. Beautiful and unique tree house kind of setting in the Jungle. Nice pool, although we did not use because we were scared of the bugs hahaha. Nice kitchen, we did use it and it was great for making dinner. Gas range! Has two refrigerators, one large and one small. Plenty of space for food despite off grid setting. We only plugged in the small one to save energy. Nice book of information in Spanish & English, including local recommendations, et cetera. That would have been nice at the other places we stayed. Overall great experience, super clean comfortable bed, nice shower, just wanted to note that the bugs are very different than in America!!! :) Thanks for hosting us!
