Condo vacation rentals in Tulum Municipality

We enjoyed our brief stay at Ryan's place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and has great food options just a few steps from the apartment. The only thing to note is that given the main bedroom is on the top floor, it gets hot up there. The dedicated A/C unit upstairs did struggle to get the temperature below 80F / 27C. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you prefer a cool bedroom. We'd gladly stay here again.

The place was as expected, as in the photos. The place was a bit remote from the center but a 7Eleven and many good restaurants nearby. If we come back to Tulum, we will choose this place again

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

Accommodations were clean and neat. It had everything I needed! I highly recommend for a get away and look forward to visiting again. Host was very helpful and responsive.

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

Jason was by far the best host I’ve had very responsive and on top of everything. The pace was gorgeous and not too far from the main strip. It’s a little tucked away so I would advise using IIK Hotel for more accurate location in google maps but all in all 10/10

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to spend a few nice vacation days, it is clean, centrally located, the bed is exquisite, and without a doubt the best thing is the pool on the terrace. We'll be back without thinking!

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay in tulum on a budget and avoid the resorts. The bedside plunge pool was dirty and not maintained so if this is your main selling point look elsewhere. The community pools were nice. the bikes were also in disrepair and the sliding door next to the bed was missing a latch so it doesn't lock. overall a cute little studio, worth the price.

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and much better, 10/10 the area and the host is always attentive.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

Wonderful host, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Very thing was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed taxis. within walking 10 minutes distance from a little shopping/ dining center. Definitely recommend and would book again.

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

I stayed at this Airbnb with my daughter because we were in Tulum for my niece's wedding. I can't say enough about how great this place is! When you stay as an Airbnb guest, you ARE part of the hotel guests and treated as such. The staff that works there, from the front desk guys, to the housekeeping, are absolutely fantastic!! The room is clean and spacious. They provide a 5 gallon water dispenser which they fill up when low. This is the water you drink, make coffee with, and brush your teeth with. There is a 7 Eleven next door to get some groceries and pesos at the ATM, and great restaurants within walking distance. This is the quieter end of the beach without so many clubs like farther down on the beach road. This unit is directly across from the hotel and beach, within steps. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the beach each day and it was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, terrace outside of the sliding doors was really nice. Parking is available for your car.

Beautiful environment, very well equipped, felt like home. The only downside (but this is our own quirkiness) the mattresses are too soft for our backs. Other than that, can’t wait to get back. Most important was that any issue we might have had it was immediately addressed! Congrats on your customer service!

Beautiful place! Surrounded by nature. The condominium is amazing. The studio has everything you need, we made our breakfast there every morning, has a great gym! Location is great - but we were by car to have more flexibility, highly recommended. The only downside is that you can’t have drinks or bites around the pool - but maybe is flexible, because we saw a few people eating and drinking and the security just asked them not to drink inside the pool. And communication is great. We want to come back for sure!

Michel and Melody, Kevin and I cannot thank you enough for making our honeymoon so special. You went out of your way to decorate, have a personalized card, flowers, champagne and a gift basket full of goodies with sweet treats, delicious bread and fresh fruit. There were some cold beer and water in the fridge ready for us upon arrival. Your place was in Pristine condition, beautiful decor and very, very clean. We felt right at home! The area is in a centralized location, you can walk, bike, moped, atv or drive to local stores and restaurants. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top of ending our nights. The ambiance gave us all the right vibes to experience beautiful Tulum and their beautiful home. Kevin and I highly recommend renting with Michel and Melody. They will tailor your trip to maximize your time there if you need assistance with navigating town. They are so quick to respond and they check up consistently to make sure you feel right at home and you are well taken care of.

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

This place is perfect and suited our needs exactly. Looks exactly like the photos, and was the best experience we ever had with a host! Kind, communicative and helpful

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the stay here! It was peaceful, private, safe & walking distance to La Veleta street which had great restaurants & coffee shops! I also appreciated that they had their own designated parking spot, perfect for keeping my car rental safe! This is the perfect place for 2, I am happy with our stay here!

Excellent stay, we had an amazing time, very nice and quiet location close to nature, excellently equipped and with parking in front. We closed the window from the outside and they came to help us in a matter of minutes, thank you again for the help :)

Host gave great instructions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely come back.
