Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

Great time in Tulum. We were comfortable and close to everything. Clem was so helpful. She made all our reservations and made our first time so enjoyable. Best concierge I have ever experienced!

The House was beautiful & clean. Better than the pictures! Beach area was clean & pool was amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job everyday & were friendly !

Everything is very nice, but there are things to improve in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

The place is very clean and very quiet. When you are in your private rooftop, it’s amazing and very private that you can sun bathe with clothing optional. No electricity issues but Cobá Ave have rolling black outs. There are near places to eat. We had no problems with the other units as most of the guests are very respectful. We recommend this AirB&B.

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

A magical place, a pretty palapa in the jungle, spacious and comfortable, with its separate kitchen and everything you need at your disposal. Away from the big seaside hotels, perfect for those looking for a change of scenery and tranquility, but who still love the sound of birds 😉Quentin is very welcoming and available.

This was our second spring vacation we spent at Villa Silvestre and Loved it! It’s. Such a hidden gem in south Tulum. It’s a quiet little sanctuary which is well appointed, great pool, super sweet staff and Agustina is so helpful and wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Susan's house was perfect to host my bachelor party in Tulum! The 10 of us had plenty of space. The patio and pool areas were great gathering spaces. The management team at the Zamas hotel was phenomenal in getting us checked in, keeping the house clean, and booking us chefs, transportation, and excursions. The house's location is as good as it gets. Walk 5 minutes, and you're right in the mix!

We had a great time staying in the very ‘homey’ space. The house was exquisitely clean when we arrived with all the amenities we could have wished for. Extra towels were available and the house felt safe within the small compound. The pool was a great place to relax in the day and the hosts were extremely helpful in suggesting local taxis and tours. Highly recommend. Only slight downside is it is about 15-20 min walk into town centre but no problem if you rent a bike!

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. We had a great stay. When the light in the pool was broken, they responded immediately and repaired it.

Eva’s place was very well positioned between the beach and city of Tulum. The unit was very spacious with both front patio (by the pool) as well as a rear patio with BBQ. Livi was excellent, always quick with her responses to question and any needs. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and Livi had the tech there within hours. Great service and great condo.

An excellent place for family vacations. In a very exclusive area with modern constructions and with all the amenities at hand. You can walk to the pharmacy or the store. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and tidy, air conditioning working properly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Perfect location between Valeta and downtown. The place is big and beautiful with a nice pool, would definitely come again!
