Villa vacation rentals in Tulum Municipality

We took a family trip to Tulum and loved our stay at this Airbnb. It fit all 14 of us and it was so nice to be all together. It was a quick drive from all the things we wanted to do in Tulum and the property itself was just like the photos. The host helped us organize a yoga session and private chef dinner at the house. It was a bit hard to understand layout from the listing, so in case helpful: there are 2 units on the property, the 1) main house with 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 of which have private full bathrooms and 1 hallway full bathroom) and a half bath downstairs in the living room/kitchen area that looks out to the main pool and 2) a side house that is 1 floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small outdoor area with a small pool. The side house is right next door to the main house, but on the same property. Would definitely stay here again and so thankful for the great memories we made in Tulum and at this Airbnb!

We had such a good stay at Soona B2. It was a great experience & made our time worth while. All of the staff and supporting team for this Airbnb were incredible. We hired drivers through our Airbnb host as well as got great recommendations for things to do. We really appreciated the time we had and highly recommend staying here.

Superb place, welcoming, very kind! Our Airbnb was perfect, private pool away from everyone, outdoor lounge to relax with great atmosphere in the evening. Everything being clean and neat. We would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I reserved this for a bachelor party and having Uli and Nayi help support leading up was above and beyond customer service. Anytime I needed help planning something they had me covered. When I needed to change plans (sometimes hours before) they were helpful in accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The private chef was fantastic m too. We did breakfast and the grill out.

Claudias place was the best! The house is just as nice as what you see in the pictures on Airbnb. The hosts checked in with us over our visit and were very quick to answer any questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay—this trip truly ranks as one of the best of my life. The house itself is absolutely stunning, but what made the experience truly exceptional was Denisse. She went above and beyond in every way—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She proactively shared amazing local recommendations for food, activities, and nightlife, making it so easy for us to enjoy every moment. Denisse’s thoughtfulness and hospitality made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We’ll definitely be back!

Me and my friends stayed in this villa for my 30th birthday it was everything I could’ve dreamed of very beautiful space we loved it! The chef wasn’t available for part of our stay but Evelyn filled in and she was very nice and sweet and her breakfast was very good! The chef yoel was very good for our last day. Overall wonderful stay I would stay here again Edouard was very attentive and responsive as well.

I used this space for getting ready for my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was absolutely wonderful! The space itself was clean and stunning, the photographer kept remarking on how beautiful the space was for pictures. Also, hyacinth was incredibly kind and responsive, letting us check in early to accommodate our wedding schedule. It’s definitely a long bumpy drive to get here, but we had cars of various sizes make the drive and didn’t have any issues. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

This is one you don’t want to miss if you’re looking for ocean front in Tulum. And if you don’t take advantage of Eric and Paula who live in a casita next to house you’re crazy. Eric is an exceptional chef and cooked for us everyday. And you can’t go to a restaurant for anything near having him prepare fine dining. David was informative from the beginning and everything there was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again to David, Eric and Paula for making this a memorable vacation.

We had a fantastic stay and felt right at home! The villa fits large groups very easily, and the concierge truly was wonderful to work with. The home is beautifully designed and was very clean. Hot water for showers can be an issue if all are used at the same time, but apart from that all the amenities and rooms were great! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again sometime

The House was beautiful & clean. Better than the pictures! Beach area was clean & pool was amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job everyday & were friendly !

A nice place in a relatively quiet area (minus one bird that decided to wake me up one morning). I had reservations when booking initially but overall it surpassed my expectations.

The home is pretty much exactly what we needed. We had a few groups out there celebrating 40th birthdays. So a few of us rented villas in the area. The concierge was great, very responsive, assisted us with rides to and from the main strip of town where the bars and restaurants are, etc. Also assisted us with rides between the villas because the area is under construction and not great for pedestrians at the moment. We also had a lovely breakfast made at the house which was all set up by so all we had to do was wake up and walk downstairs. All in all, great great experience and will happily come back in the future. Great stay.

Hollie was a great host! Great recommendations for private tours with Julio. Jorge was a great chef and we enjoyed all meals. Very safe and peaceful area.

The hosts were soooo helpful in coordinatng our trip! Quentin answered right away when I asked about the bnb and Val was basically our trip coordinator/concierge! I can't say enough nice things about them. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and separate beach towels as well. The only bad part was that we booked this for a bachelor/bachelorette, and I did not know that the walls were so thin. We really did not have music on that loud, but with 18 people talking at the same time and drinking it gets loud. The neighbors were really aggressive cursing us out and called the security on us, and even turned off our breaker at night so we had 30 minutes without any power until we figured it out.

Beautiful home with a wonderful host. Pablo was very responsive and provided great tips and recommendations. The house is very secure and there is great local, non-overpriced food nearby. You'll need to drive to get anywhere, but driving in Tulum is very easy and we never had an issue finding parking. The pool was perfect for ending the day, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms are wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Christian is super nice and easy to communicate with via and he met us at the house upon arrival to give us a tour of everything. Filtered water is provided. Lots of space for 3 adults and 2 young children. The setting is beautiful - in the middle of the jungle with lots of small wildlife to spot (sit in the front at about 5:15pm and you might spot the monkeys making their nightly journey to other other side of the forest). The cenote is a huge perk, we loved swimming in it. The pool was clean and wonderful, as was all the backyard amenities including a thatched roof outdoor kitchen and huge dining table. The house was very clean and it was also cleaned daily while we were there. The location is very close to Akumal village and the beach, all just a short drive away. We rented a car. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous space with plenty of room, amazing lighting, a fantastic location, perfect pool and outdoor space, and incredibly kind hosts. I love the walkability to restaurants, and the proximity to cenotes. We’ve been coming to Tulum for years and we will always be staying in La Valeta. Get yourself an ATV to make the unpaved roads fun, walk to get a coffee at Verdeda (a perfect coffee shop and bakery around the corner), spend the morning by the pool, explore the centoes in the afternoon, and have yourself a wonderful time.

this place is absolutely amazing. Juan Pablo is the best. Emil is also amazing and they were very accommodating. Great hospitality. I would love to come back here. Juan Pablo is an amazing chef so getting the private chef option is a mandatory plus.

Great place for our family. The amenities they provided were wonderful, from a fridge equipped with filtered water to coffee, soaps, etc. it was really nice to have those things and not have to grab every little thing from a store nearby. The rooftop pool was amazing. The bedding was SO COMFORTABLE. Everything made our stay feel luxurious. They were quick to respond to any requests we had and were very helpful. The neighborhood is up and coming so expect dirt roads and driving to get needs, but we used the tomato app for food deliveries and it was really convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this house. Stayed for a week and it felt very much like home. The sliding doors to the outside pool make it a great vibe during the day. The location is perfect, close enough to La Veletta to walk, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Casa Bodhi was beautiful. This was my first time booking an airbnb out of the country and I could not have been any happier. This was for a bachelorette party. The house was gorgeous and the area was pretty safe and quiet. Juan was helping us out the entire trip and did a great job. He was super responsive and helpful. He was there whenever we had questions or concerns. The place was very clean. Walking distance to some really tasty restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this airbnb!
