Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tulum Municipality

I highly recommend this space. The location is surrounded by beautiful jungle with ever present security. My family mostly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and whirlpool. The condo was clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Good value overall.

wonderful stay, amazing place, clean and modern. The service was excellent and the place was great for a great vacation. The only detail, which I clarify, has nothing to do with the accommodation is that access to the residential complex, all streets , except for one (Avenida Kukulkán) , are on the way to being paved, so the arrival by car is extremely complicated because that one carries from holes and potholes . There must be caution only in that. Everything else was excellent, I would recommend it 100%.

Had a 3 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location, reception 24/7 with security, room was perfect for 1-2 people. The amenities of the complex such as the spa, gym, and restaurant make this place better than it already is. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is a really beautiful and peaceful space. It felt like a retreat being there. Gorgeous light through huge windows and beautiful palms outside. Lying in the hammock outside in the little courtyard is heavenly. Catarina was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of her time explaining what to do in the area. The only negative comment is that the staircase to the second floor has no railings so this may be challenging for older or really young folks. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to just be and is clearly a space that is cared for and special.

Excellent place to stay, very but very comfortable, excellent location since it is very close to the collectives and the main avenue…. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, on the 5th avenue. Lots of restaurants around. It is located at the very end of the 5th avenue so it’s not loud but at the same time it is at the perfect spot.

I LOVED staying at Elizaveta's apartment. It is a comfy, quiet and lovely space. I really enjoyed having my own little back yard and plunge pool too. The building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus It's a wonderful building and the staff is very helpful. There is 24 hour security and I always felt safe. I could easily walk to little shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again!!!! I miss it already!!

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Staying at Maddie's apartment was relaxed, the decor very stylish, from the balcony you had a lovely view over palms and pools . The sound of birds was amazing . Maddie responded to questions immediately and very valuable were also her tips. We enjoyed it very much

Excellent service from Pao, very clear and always available for support. You have quite a few amenities around to consume food and buy what you need for your stay. As well as attractions on the outskirts visit cenotes, archaeological area and tourist parks. 10/10 100% recommendable and definitely a beautiful place to return.

Penthouse is beautiful just like in the pictures. Very peaceful. We enjoy the pool and the grounds. Jose was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs.

This was an excellent stay; clean, modern, beautiful building (pool was really nice - the photos don’t do it justice), wifi was strong enough for work calls, location right beside the grocery store and a brand new gym, laundry and restaurants on the ground floor. Essentially everything you could need was no more than a 2 minute walk. A few considerations I’d want to know: - we had 2 power outages that lasted several hours before coming back - the AC broke twice, also lasted several hours before getting fixed - there were a few cockroaches in the bathrooms, I will say it was far less than other places I’ve stayed in Mexico, but they were there - the TV just stopped working, this was never resolved - Shower drainage was very slow, often flooded the bathroom Diego was very responsive and the above issues were almost all fixed, some of these are also not uncommon for Mexico and owners have little control over them. Overall we really enjoyed the place, good value for the price.

Modern and very cozy flat located in a big resort area. Very good communication with the host AL and many useful tips. In case you do not have a car, it is not easy to find a place to eat since the resort area is includes exclusively all-inclusive hotels. You need either to take a colectivo/taxi to Akumal or Tulum, or to buy a daily pass/ lunch / dinner ticket to eat at the central building called Casa de Club ( the Club House). However there is one close place to eat -" Beached bikini bar" located directly on the beach 10 minutes from Bahia Tulum beach towards Akumal. They serve great ceviches, tacos and pizzas and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We went there every day.

Very nice apartment in a very well maintained complex. Pool bar with breakfast was very good. Communication with Marlene and Sergio was also very fast. I had booked the same day and was still able to enter the room in the evening!!! Top service! The bathroom is very spacious and the room was very good too. Only the table for working is very small and the access is a bit tedious due to the poor road conditions. But all in all a perfect little retreat in Veleta!
