Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tulum

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sergio's villa. I was celebrating my 30th birthday with my family and 2 babies, and it was such a comfortable stay with more than enough room for us all. Juan was our concierge and was extremely friendly and helpful. He greeted us upon arrival, helped with our bags, offered recommendations for dinner in the area and gave great advice for getting around. The villa looked exactly as it did on the photos, it is just stunning! It also is pretty close to theTulum beach strip (once the construction of the nearby path is finished) otherwise, it's about a 15-20 minute drive. That being said, you can tell the area that the villa is located in is up and coming, and it'll be quite nice once it's all said and done. I would just say if you are bringing small children like we did, it helps to know that there is possibility of a little construction noise in the earlier hours of the morning. Otherwise, 10/10 stay!

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Beautiful house in quite location. Has everything you need. Access road terrible but as advertised. When decided to sportem our stay Emmanuel was very kind to refund. Really appreciated.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Absolutely loved my stay at Kanta Tulum! I booked the three-bedroom villa with two private pools for my birthday, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The host was amazing—super attentive and had a full team available 24/7 to meet any needs I had. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything I could possibly need during my stay. What really set this experience apart was how thoughtful and organized the host was. He provided personalized recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, and things to do in Tulum. He even went above and beyond to help arrange a private chef and an in-villa massage One of the most convenient parts of the trip was being added to a group with 30–40 local drivers, which made getting a taxi at any time super easy and stress-free. If you’re planning a trip to Tulum and want a safe, luxurious, and fun experience, I highly recommend staying at Kanta Tulum. I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Rebecca was an amazing host - she reached out in advance for a phone call to help us plan everything, provided great recommendations, and coordinated everything from our private driver to our boat day and private chef! She was always very responsive whenever we needed something. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. It was more than enough space for our group of 7 girls we truly had the best time here! Everything went smoothly and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

Nancy's place was beautiful for a week in Tulum. Nancy was very helpful in all questions we had. Walking around was very safe, there is amazing food all within walking distance. We rented a car to get to the beaches and to explore outside the average tourist zones and it was amazing! We will definitely stay again ❤️ perfect for our family of 5, and the teenagers loved it.

Fue una estancia muy agradable en la suite de Kevan esta tal cual en la descripción aunque ya vivirlo superó nuestras expectativas su co anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y excelentes recomendaciones locales y con un gran detalle a nuestra llegada de una rica botella de vino y un delicioso chocolate. El complejo es muy agradable la alberca riquísima y la atención del personal muy cortés y atenta, sin dudarlo regresaría a la suite de Kevan.

We loved our stay at Jimmy's place. The loft itself was perfect for the two of us. We loved everything about this place from the esthetic, the furnishings, full kitchen, the pool area was fantastic, the on-site restaurant. it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was great for us. It was off the beaten path, but easily accessible to town since we rented a car. Panza, the on-site restaurant, was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. the restaurant is near the pool and they provide poolside service, drinks, food. My favorite breakfast and dinner during our time in Tulum was at Panza. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic place and great value.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is well designed and functional. The climate system is working well and silently. The area is located in the jungle and very calm. One might encounter problems with signal (phone, internet) but the WiFi of the apartment was working well. Definitely, having a bicycle (or other means of transportation) is a big plus, as the beaches, restaurants or shopping malls are quite far by foot. In the case of renting bicycles, one should be prepared and bring one’s own lights. Apart from the Avenida Kukulkán, the streets were suitable for bicycles. One should note that Tulum seems like a city in construction and so, already in a few weeks or months there may be many more options for restaurants or supermarkets in the area. Finally, whenever there was a question or a problem, the answers came immediately and the problem was fixed by next day. In summary: 10/10.

Kune 101 Tulum was an awesome place to stay! The apartment has a really nice, luxurious feel, and the rooftop pool with those views is next level—perfect for chilling. The location couldn’t be better, just a 10-minute drive to the beach and the city center, so it’s super convenient but still quiet and relaxing. The place was super clean, had everything we needed, and check-in was a breeze. The host was helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable spot in Tulum!

We had a great stay. Na house is a great basecamp to explore Tulum. I loved the style of the cabin. Even though there are four cabins next to each other in the property, it still feels private. Construction is a reality everywhere in Tulum, so there's no escaping it. I would only note directions could have been much more precise.

Leo and Brenda were amazing hosts! They truly went over and above to make our stay incredible. Fran’s meals were delicious and Juan and Dalia were super helpful. We pretty much agree with all the other amazing reviews. The road is difficult. We made a point to reserve and confirm an SUV through EasyWay rental car but when we arrived late at night they only had a passenger car that made our trip much more challenging. 100% not an issue with this amazing Airbnb but do yourself a favor and if you are renting a car, triple confirm that is is an SUV. I don't think you will need 4x4 or AWD but you will need the ground clearance of an SUV or similar. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

Just amazing. Nothing else to say then book it now and don't wait one more second if you feel drawn to this place ! It's magical. In the middle of the jungle, away from the craziness of the town. Patricio and everybody involved in this project are beautiful lovely souls, always there to help you out or give you a ride. Everything about this place is magical. If you're visiting Tulum for the whole hipster spiritual phenomena and for partying unconsciously and continue destroying the little bit of nature and authenticity remaining there don't even bother (or maybe do and this will teach you something!). This place is for people who want to make different choices and put the money in the right places to embody the change and help the planet be a better, more conscious place.

The place is absolutely stunning. You can completely unwind. Just sitting in the hammock and staring into the jungle was magical. All amenities were great in the kitchen, nice hot showers, and beautiful pool! The only thing was despite it appearing to have full bars of wifi we were unable to open a single page of the internet. This is a perk if you want to be analog, just plan your outtings when out in the town centre, and download movies (if you want that), when you can connect to a cafe wifi/cell data. But it was a tad frustrating the first night not being able to research what was around.
