Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea views. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber bbq available. Our concierge Laurence was very responsive, they made our stay easier. I highly recommend this listing!

We arrived in total autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this magnificent estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens (Thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it's a change from our usual downtown. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son. The accommodation met our expectations as shown in the photos (in fact, better in real life than in the photos!) we highly recommend it to future occupants! Great place to stay just back from the coast and within a short cycle or drive to Saint Brevin Ocean. Some lovely cycling around the area around the coastal fringes especially Pornic and the peninsula. We would stay again and explore other places.

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

Impeccable townhouse, very good location to reach the port and shops on foot. Very bright living room. Short trip, no complaints.

We spent a few days with family in this house and everything went well (as for the adults and the 2 teenagers). The sea view is just beautiful. Everyone was happy. Thanks to Marielle for her availability and advice. She knows the area well. One of the teens was able to watch the PSG Arsenal game in a bar in Le Croisic. Marielle made us happy by recommending this cafe.

Thank you for this listing: large, peaceful and very pleasant! We had a very nice stay with family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool which we were able to enjoy. Just a small clarification for future guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. We discussed this with Corinne who took note. We did not understand each other when booking. Apart from this small point that did not affect our stay, everything went well!
