As Véronique says "small unpretentious accommodation" but it includes everything you need for a pleasant stay for two; the beach is a stone's throw away, the center of Epine too. Important point for us: it was possible to park the motorcycle in the garden that surrounds the cottage without any problems. Perfect

We spent two beautiful weeks at Jo's house. The highlight is the conservatory with the magnificent view of the sea. When it's windy, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the garden terrace.

Jean was lovely to work with and very accommodating when my husband suddenly passed away. The place was beautiful, peaceful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were amazing and I’m very particular. Thank you Jean, for a lovely stay!

The arrival was completely hassle-free. The house and the beautifully landscaped garden fully met our expectations! There was nothing missing! The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was sparkling clean! The location is absolutely quiet, apart from the birdsong and the occasional croaking of the frogs. Extensive material for exploring the surroundings was available. In any case, we had a wonderful week's vacation! Since everything was perfectly described, there were hardly any questions, but they were always answered immediately. Perhaps the mosquito protection on all important windows should be mentioned, as the house is located in a moorland area! We highly recommend the place!

Once again a very nice extended weekend with the family in the Marais where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. We were delighted to come back and will come back again.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Very well located accommodation, nice shops in the upper town, great organic and biodynamic wine shop right next door, beautiful town and environment, helpful and welcoming population, perfect welcome with cafes etc, we will come back

Philippe's place is exactly as described. Easy access on a small quiet street. Nice decoration throughout the apartment. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, top-notch fiber Internet connection. Well-equipped kitchen area. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Note electric roller shutters in the bedroom and living room. Clean and functional shower room. The small terrace at the back is lovely. Just 50 m from the apartment, a small very nice square with one of the best baker pastry chefs in Nantes (closed on Wednesdays). In the morning, you just have to open the apartment window to smell the delicious smells of the bakery. Go there without a second thought, everything is delicious, including fresh sandwiches. The pastry is excellent. It was hot during my stay but Philippe's accommodation keeps it cool, very nice.

Thomas communicated quickly, clearly and kindly with us and in the apartment we were able to feel at home for a week. The apartment is in a lively area with lots of good little restaurants and bars and the center of Nantes is within walking distance, by bus, tram or bike in a few minutes. We bought the 7-day Nantes pass and benefited from a week of free public transport, free admission to museums, etc. and many different activities. Highly recommend! We felt completely comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!

The house and its exterior are beautiful, and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach just a few meters away! Well-equipped accommodation, where everything invites rest and relaxation in the beautiful garden. Perfect for a beautiful weekend in the sun with friends.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
