Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

The Medici Garden gîte with Jacuzzi Spa and sauna

You will enjoy the house for 1 night or more. Relax in the house's spa with jacuzzi and sauna at will. Up to 4 people, the cottage is open year-round. Come and discover this place steeped in history, in the heart of a green setting. The house has a large enclosed garden with a tennis court.

Pornic countryside: Getaway to the LOUPAD

45 m² accommodation, located 2 km from the center of Pornic (20-minute walk). We do not accept guests for just one night. The accommodation is adjacent to the owners' house, ideal for a couple (with one child, as you have to go through the bedroom to get from the living room to the bathroom and toilet). Home with electric oven. Beaches 4 km away, hiking, LOIRAVELO and VELOCEAN bike paths, Lac du Val-Saint-Martin 500 m away with tree climbing.

Welcome to this large studio renovated in July 2021. Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with elevator in the Grands Hôtels and Casino district, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover in Baul. The decor is modern and neat. The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the residence's parking lot. The beach is at the end of the residence.

In the heart of a four-hectare green park, the Ker Anas studio, carefully furnished in a workshop style, offers a charming space to unwind. A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

Old grain and tobacco dryer of the 19th century totally renovated (120 m2). An octagonal atypical house for 1 to 8 people, in the middle of an exceptional site (private closed park of 180 hectares at your disposal, into the wild). You can enjoy the park, its lake, and private forest for rides by foot or with bicycles (bicycles and small boat provided on site).
