The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom (160 bed), living room (140 sofa bed), separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed.
