In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

House 100 meters from the sea, a stone's throw from a landscaped park (possibility of fishing) close to a skate park, walking as well as cycling, scooter, rollerblading. Secure waterfront for all these activities. The city center is close with a market on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possibility to visit a submarine, a submarine base, a panoramic terrace as well as a museum retracing the Transatlantic era. Let's not forget that La Baule and La Brière are 15 km away

The beaches of the North East and the Downtown area are accessible on foot or by bike, for your enjoyment.
