Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Air-conditioned two-bedroom house garden + garage

Air-conditioned 2-person house with quiet garden, not overlooked in the back of the house. Air-conditioned bedroom with queen bed upstairs. Walk-in shower. Refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, oven. Barbecue, umbrella, table and chairs. Garage for surf gear etc. Location 1 private car. Bakery, supermarket at the end of the street. Coastal embankment 10 minutes by bike. Bus network at the end of the street. No internet box or TV box in the accommodation.

Sea house

House 100 meters from the sea, a stone's throw from a landscaped park (possibility of fishing) close to a skate park, walking as well as cycling, scooter, rollerblading. Secure waterfront for all these activities. The city center is close with a market on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possibility to visit a submarine, a submarine base, a panoramic terrace as well as a museum retracing the Transatlantic era. Let's not forget that La Baule and La Brière are 15 km away

The south-facing garden, with trees, terrace, deckchair and barbecue will delight you.
