Beachfront cabin in Trelleborg/Böste

Cottage on a large plot only 150 meters from the sea with proximity to sandy beach and swimming jetty (May-September). The cottage is 30 square meters and consists of a living room including a smaller kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub. There is also a sleeping loft with two additional beds. Outside the cottage, there is a barbecue and small dining area. I have no cleaning fee, and therefore I wish you to leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. If you need help with this, let me know before you arrive.

Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, open plan living room with dining area for 10 people, fireplace, TV and sofa group. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, hall/living room upstairs with a sofa bed and an extra bed Walking distance to beach, fishing port and nice nature. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

House Beddingestrand, appr 25 m from beach

House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Attefallshuset in Höllviken

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.
