We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Experience the south coast and relax with family in this peaceful newly renovated home close to both nature reserve and the elongated beach. Here the sand chalk white and the water is shallow. Beddingestrand is known for its amazing beach. It also has restaurants, waffle cabin, ice cream kiosks, grocery store, fish smokery, tennis and golf. In a perfect location between Ystad and Trelleborg you can make excursions along the entire south coast. Further south - in the neighboring village you will find Sweden's southernmost cape!

Cabin 200 m from the beach in Beddingestrand, just one meadow in between. Newly renovated kitchen and living room. Heated large above ground pool on the plot that can be used from midsummer to the end of August, 6 beds in the main cabin and 4 in the guesthouse. Close to restaurants, mini golf and tennis courts. 4 adult bikes are available to borrow. There are also beach toys, kubb, beach chairs, and barbecue. Cleaning is not included without the cottage being left clean and in the same good condition as when you check in.

You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. You most often hear the sea, but beside from that it is completely quiet. Most often you have the beach here for yourselves and it goes for miles in the eastern direction. There is free parking for 2-3 cars outside. It is close to the centre of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

Fantastic villa with 2 pools and large guestroom

An exclusive, light, airy and cozy villa at a great location. The house is newly built and has all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen is fully equipped, airconditioning both upstairs and downstairs for hot summer nights and 2 pools in the big garden. The small pool holds 38 degrees and up to 8 people. The big pool is 8*4m and holds around 28 degrees. One of Sweden's most beautiful beaches is only 10 minutes away, Copenhagen 40 minutes and Malmö 20 minutes.

Real Holiday Feeling +sauna+hot tub+beach

We would like to welcome you to our cottage to make new beautiful holiday memories. You have only 200 meters to the beach with white sand which is the best of Sweden at least if you ask us! The beach is child friendly and so is our cottage. Of course also your dog should be a part of your holiday dream! The cottage is allocated very close of a lovely restaurant, ice cream bar, tennis and golf. The best of all - here is hot tub and sauna! Amazing. Isn´t it?!

Nice guest house on Söderslätt

Welcome to our guesthouse on Söderslätt. Completely renovated in 2020, but is originally from 1853. Enjoy your own terrace and fenced garden with sunset in the west. If you get up early in the morning, you may see pheasants, hares and deer. It is 3 km to Äspö pier and the beach for lovely swimming and walks along the sea.

What an incredibly beautiful guest house! I had a perfect stay there. This place was very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent. My apartment was equipped with everything I needed. Having a private jacuzzi pool which is surrounded by apple and plum trees makes (nice garden) this place VERY SPECIAL and really enjoyable. My host, Sumit was very helpful, and effectively provided all the information I needed. The communication between us was super easy. This is the ideal place for, both, short and long stays. I am looking forward to staying here again. I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

I was with my wife and kids for four days. The house is very nice and cozy, you found everything you needed. The house is spacious and also had room for our guests. Mia is very nice and was available every time you wondered. It felt safe in the house and in the area. Thank you for a great mini vacation!.

We had a great time. It's just a few minutes to the beach and supermarket. There are many employment opportunities in the property: in addition to the swimming pool and hot tub, there is a very large lawn with a volleyball net as well as football gates. In addition, you can play badminton, crocket, hockey and some other games.

The stay was very good. The house was very new and clean. Although we went in cold weather, the hot outdoor jacuzzi was very nice. Although the pool was not heated, it offered a warm experience because it was covered. Later, we had a great experience by going into the jacuzzi again. Everything was very positive, but I have a few small criticisms/recommendations for the host. We did not understand from the photos of the house that there was only one room in the house. There were 2 single beds in one room, but there was no double bed or room with a bed. We slept in the living area by turning the couch into a bed. We went there thinking there were two different rooms. My second recommendation would be to put a paper towel in the kitchen area. There was nothing to dry your hands or wipe the floors. My third recommendation is to have coffee for a few cups of coffee. It would be something that would not cost much but would make the guests very happy. Still, it was a great experience.

The place is brand new and fresh. The location is great close to the beach, grocery store, best ice cream in Beddinge and mini golf. When the host has completed the home with some small things, it is complete, even for a family with children. Mikael is nice and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly and I get the impression that he would make an extra effort if anything around the place it would mess. We talked several times for the visit. We recommend both Mikael and the accommodation in Beddinge.
