Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as your own oasis. City center and central station reachable in 5 min, beach in 12 min by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement floor with sauna, billiards and relaxation. One bedroom (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). A bathroom and a toilet. Pool April-October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for basic maintenance of the garden, swimming pool, and watering the flowers. The house cat, Chilli, is present.

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Welcome to our apartment only 250 meters from lovely sandy beach including jetty. Your reservation includes bed linen, towels and private parking that can be seen from the apartment. Separate bedroom and private patio of 15 square meters. Double bed 160 cm (2 adults) Sofa bed 120 cm (1 adult or 2 children) Access to a heated pool, sauna and simple gym is available in the area for SEK 100/adult/day. Within walking distance are a beach, restaurants, golf course, mini golf, outdoor gym, playgrounds, ice cream shop and grocery store

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
