The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Fresh townhouse of 106 sqm with garden! The downstairs has a large hall with storage, bathroom and a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer as well as everything you need to cook. Next door is a private laundry room. Further in there is a living room with big sofa and TV. Upstairs there are three cozy double rooms and one bathroom. Renovated meadow of 90 m2 from the 19th century. The house was built on 10 years ago and is today a completely separate part of a larger residence. It has a private entrance and patio/small garden bordered by wall, and therefore appears as a completely unashamed dwelling. Private parking lot. Lovely countryside location along a gravel road with farms and fields around. Perfect for a small family with young children or a couple who wants a quiet place. Almost car-free. 5 km to white beaches and 20 min to Ystad.

Welcome to our guesthouse on Söderslätt. Completely renovated in 2020, but is originally from 1853. Enjoy your own terrace and fenced garden with sunset in the west. If you get up early in the morning, you may see pheasants, hares and deer. It is 3 km to Äspö pier and the beach for lovely swimming and walks along the sea.
