The house has large plot with heated pool. large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms guest toilet and jacuzzi. 4 bedrooms one has a large continental bed ,room 2 sofa bed for 2 people. Room 3 single bed, room 4 single bed. There are extra mattresses for 4 people. Close to Malmö, Copenhagen, Ystad. Close to most things.

Cabin 200 m from the beach in Beddingestrand, just one meadow in between. Newly renovated kitchen and living room. Heated large above ground pool on the plot that can be used from midsummer to the end of August, 6 beds in the main cabin and 4 in the guesthouse. Close to restaurants, mini golf and tennis courts. 4 adult bikes are available to borrow. There are also beach toys, kubb, beach chairs, and barbecue. Cleaning is not included without the cottage being left clean and in the same good condition as when you check in.

Located in cozy Höllviken in a child-friendly and nestled location we find this cozy house. Three bedrooms, one playroom, cozy living room with fireplace and kitchen. Also there is a patio with a big dining table. Opposite the main house is a newly built apartment house of 24 sqm with bed, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. Deposit-protected plot with a stunning pool, large wooden deck, outdoor bar, with plenty of patios, and beautiful greenery that creates a leafy feel. Walking distance to the beautiful fighting beach.

Nice single storey house with scenic plot, pool and a short stroll to the nice Kämpinge Stranden. House of 139 sqm with the possibility of 6 beds in 3 bedrooms. Very large outdoor space with large dining area as well as 2 outdoor terraces with dining areas. Large barbecue/outdoor kitchen available to use. Pool 6*3 meters with associated lounge furniture and sauna available to be enjoyed. For families with children there is a lot to use as high chairs, sandbox, trampoline, toys etc.

Fantastic villa with 2 pools and large guestroom

An exclusive, light, airy and cozy villa at a great location. The house is newly built and has all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen is fully equipped, airconditioning both upstairs and downstairs for hot summer nights and 2 pools in the big garden. The small pool holds 38 degrees and up to 8 people. The big pool is 8*4m and holds around 28 degrees. One of Sweden's most beautiful beaches is only 10 minutes away, Copenhagen 40 minutes and Malmö 20 minutes.

På bottenvåningen finns ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng, egen klädkammare och badrum med utgång direkt till pool. Stort kök, mysig veranda, rymligt vardagsrum med TV samt en toalett På ovanvåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och två med enkelsäng, ett stort kontor och ett stort badrum med badkar/dusch. Här finns också mycket kul för barnen. Pool med rutschkana, romerska ringar i taket i vardagsrummet och lekplats precis utanför tomten.

Have fun with the whole family in this lovely house. Newly built in 2023 with heated large pool, large living areas both outside and inside, 15 minutes from central Malmö and 10 minutes to the beach(Skanör and Klagshamn). 12 minutes by bus / car to Malmö Hyllie Free parking for 4 cars. 3 electric bikes of which two box bikes are available to hire. Playground within a stone's throw and plenty of beautiful nature to explore around.

Modern villa with stunning views 400 m from the beach. 1-3 km from grocery stores, restaurants and outdoor seating. Large lovely garden with heated pool. A real holiday idyll in scenic Höllviken. In the house lives Sotis(a male cat) who needs love and food during the rental period. The house is perfect for both couples and families with children.

We are two families who spent a week in Anders house. A perfect house for two families (4 adults and 4 children), with very good social spaces, amazing pool and lovely outdoor space. The house is perfectly located with proximity to the beach and sea within walking distance and well-stocked grocery stores a short drive away. Communication with Anders has been good and everything from check in to check out has worked spotless. We had a great week.

The place is brand new and fresh. The location is great close to the beach, grocery store, best ice cream in Beddinge and mini golf. When the host has completed the home with some small things, it is complete, even for a family with children. Mikael is nice and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly and I get the impression that he would make an extra effort if anything around the place it would mess. We talked several times for the visit. We recommend both Mikael and the accommodation in Beddinge.
