Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Minimum booking: 5 nights. The guest house is rural but not lonely in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling fields. A few km south stretches several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn there is Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk. Picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here on Söderslätt but also on nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45m driving. Sea trout fishing. Bird watching. Rent our bikes and take a ride along the many small roads.

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner.
