The guest house is rural but not lonely in its own garden to the south and west surrounded by rolling rapeseed and wheat fields. A few kilometers to the south, there are several miles of long beaches and in Smygehamn, there is Sweden's southernmost headland, Smygehuk. Many picturesque villages, restaurants, farm shops, galleries, crafts and flea markets here on Söderslätt but also on nearby Österlen. 25 golf courses within 45 minutes' drive. Sea trout fishing. Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little piece of paradise... That's how it feels when you step inside this amazing house that is nestled behind chalk-white dunes on a large nature plot by the edge of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who drew it with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Modern,cosy on the countryside still close to town

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.
