Excellent stay. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. It seems to be far from the city center, but it is not, it is very well connected with two metro lines nearby that cross the city. The neighborhood is comfortable, quiet and with all amenities. There was privacy and respect, but knowing that Yolanda was always attentive, verifying that everything was fine. Cleaning and breakfast included, which is a huge bonus. Very good place to stay. I was a solo female traveller in Spain for 3 weeks and this was the best accommodation I had for my week in Barcelona. I felt completely safe, everything was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. There’s a Starbucks coffee in the lobby, a rooftop pool and the gym which made my stay even better! The location was right by the bus stop or about 2km walk into the main tourist attractions in the city. It’s also right next to the mall which was nice for some ice cream on my walk home. I also felt like this was a safe area of town and felt safe walking home alone. I will be back here if I ever find myself in Barcelona again!

A perfect place if you want to explore Barcelona as a couple. It is a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the area has all the basic services in a quiet neighborhood. Manuel has been a great host, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay, which wasn’t short. Thank you so much, Manuel!

Mario was very nice and helpful and answered every message seriously and promptly.The place is clean, the infrastructure is perfect, and Mario also often sweeps it to maintain its comfort level.All in all, I highly recommend this perfect place to stay for the best value!
