Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

La casa está genial, tiene de todo lo que puedas pedir en la casa, cocina conpletisima, tiene un patio espectacular es enorme, la playa a 4 minutos con paseo marítimo con muchos bares y si quieres ir andando a Santa Pola en 40 minutos llegas, en coche a 5 min. Luciana nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora, nos puso varios mensajes si todo estaba bien, contesta muy rápido los mensajes, la verdad que yo repetiría esta casa. Recomendable 100%.

Una estancia fantástica. La casita, pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario y muy limpia y cuidada. La terraza, el sitio mas agradable, sin ruidos, fresca por la tarde noche..encantador. Ricardo, el mejor anfitrion que he conocido. Siempre disponible para solucionar cualquier duda o problema. Muy simpatico y agradable, puedo decir que, después de un mes en su casa, Ricardo ya es un amigo. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta pronto.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Todo muy bien, estancia excelente para ir con los niños porque la piscina está en frente del porche, los puedes vijilar sin levantarte de la silla. La playa muy cerca. Muy buenos colchones y almohadas, me ha gustado que eran todos blancos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Margot nos ha recibido muy bien, muy puntual, nos fuimos un día antes y no ha dudado en venir a la hora que le hemos pedido. Para poner un pero, sería la escalera caracol muy estrecha, no puede subir cualquier persona a la última planta pero hemos estado muy a gusto, nos ha encantado.

La casa impresionante,mejor que en las fotos ,todo estaba limpio y ordenado no le faltaba de nada a la casa para poder disfrutar de ella, los niños se lo pasaron genial ,la piscina nos sorprendió ya que tenía muy buena profundidad y estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada. Diferentes zonas en el exterior para poder estar. La sauna no la llegamos a usar pero se veía genial. Zona muy tranquila pero cerquita de Santa Pola a escasamente 14 minutos . Benko muy amable y atento. Intentaremos volver seguro!!!!

Un superbe séjour dans un très bel endroit. La villa est très jolie et dispose de tout ce dont on attends pour des vacances. Mickael est très sympathique et la communication était parfaite. Je recommande !

Voin lämpimästi suositella kohdetta. Asunto oli siisti ja ihana kattoterassi. Viileälläkään ilmalla ei ollut kylmää,ilmalämpöpumppu ja patteri olivat hyvä lisä. Auton sai aina lähelle parkkiin. Alue vaikutti todella turvalliselta ja rauhalliselta. Uima-allas näkyy etuovesta. Viesteihin vastattiin aina nopeasti ja ystävällisesti.

Javier Is the perfect host,he is engaging ,friendly and extremely helpful. Should the need arise he responds immediately. The property is spotlessly clean,spacious,well presented and equipped. It is ideally located and in walking distance to the local supermarket, the beach and numerous bars and restaurants.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

Nos encanto el apartamento y la zona. Tiene un paseo a pie de playa al girar el edificio y a 8 minitos andando de una playa pequeña y nada masificada. La piscina esta muy bieny el piso nos encanto. Irina y su amiga estuvieron muy atentas. 100% recomendable y un sitio al que volveriamos. Gracias por todo irina

Logement vraiment très propre et conforme aux photos et à la description. Endroit très calme avec deux terrasses. Endroit très bien équipé avec des petites attentions très agréables à notre arrivée de la part de notre hôte (eau fraîche, coca et bières). Facilite pour se garer (place en face de la maison) et proche de grands magasins alimentaires. Camélia est vraiment très gentille et donne de très bonnes recommandations. Endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Ana fue un anfitrión increíble. Nos recibió con una cálida bienvenida y estuvo siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Su amabilidad hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa, el sitio era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario. Lo único a mejorar sería el calor en la planta de arriba, sobre todo durante las noches. La casa de Moisés es genial!! Está cerca de TODO, de la playa, del paseo de los restaurantes, del centro, zona de copas... además la calle es para residentes y se puede aparcar en la puerta, lo que es una maravilla. La zona de la parcela es preciosa y amplia, bien iluminada, ducha etc. El interior tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día y Moisés nos dejó hasta café y aceite, no faltaba de nada vamos como en casa !! las noches súper fresquitas con ventilador, pingüino la habitación principal tenía terraza y también entra en fresquito. También hay dos televisiones tanto en el dormitorio como en el salón, tiene lavadora, friegaplatos y dos baños, todo súper limpio y genial la verdad! Moisés es un encanto y repetiremos seguro GRACIAS

El alojamiento de 10, tanto Carmen como su hermana son extraordinarias, facilidades para todo, buena comunicación . La zona super bonita al lado de la playa, la piscina a pie de apartamento. El apartamento precioso con todo y sin faltarle detalle.
