Vacation rentals with lake access in Torre La Mata

First impressions count and this certainly made a very good first impression! Sharon was a superb host with prompt responses to any requests or enquiries that I made prior and during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and this was through the apartment being absolutely spotless and the attention to detail within. The apartment was clean & equipped as described. The location was great with a supermarket & restaurants a short walk away. The pool was fantastic. Elena & Irina responded quickly to messages about checking in as my flight was delayed. A very nice apartment & I look forward to going back.

We had an amazing time here. The house was really clean and had exactly everything we needed for our vacation. We were a family of 7 with two little children and we appreciated a lot the fact that the house had the right conditions for a child (kitchen utensils, pool toys and eating chair). The neighborhood is really really quiet and it is perfect for running. In about 2/3 minutes by car you have Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour! Frode was very friendly and responsive and gave a very detailed list with everything we needed to know about the house, check in and check out. We love spend time in Torrevieja and this was probably the best property we had booked so far. Thank you 😀

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The Internet connection is very good in the house, especially if you work from there. The internet in the area is a bit difficult but you have your peace :) The pools on the premises are as described very clean and tidy. There are more locals living in the urbanization and that makes it nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

Stayed at Sylvie's for 6 nights in April 25. We can't fault Sylvie at all, we were already in Spain and she let us check in early and also late on our last day too. The apartment is lovely & spacious looking out on to the beautiful pool. Location was good, walkable to Quesada itself or to the shops / restaurants round the corner. especially enjoyed going to the go karts just over the road too. Sylvie was also very responsive from messages and would recommend going again.

You can go there blindly everything was impeccable very clean accommodation with everything you need for a pleasant beach stay 5 min walk . Even beach items are available. Very kind and responsive host

We used this apartment for seeing the sights in this area such as Cartegena, Murcia, etc. Parking was usually available right in front of the building. The accommodations suited our needs.

Everything is perfect from the moment I talk to Sergej explained everything, very quiet area with many places where you can go to eat,dine... near a small fair for children as well, the apartment is ideal for going with the family or to go alone since it has everything you need around,to the health center on the street next door, the pool very well and the neighbors are also very friendly and respectful without a doubt if we return to the bush I will return to Sergej's house. The apartment was spectacular and incredibly comfortable. The condo was amazing, featuring a fantastic pool and a padel court. We loved the fact that it was very close to the beach—we could walk there easily. The supermarket was right next door, which was very convenient. The apartment was exceptionally well-stocked, with all the amenities you could think of (games, sewing kits, a fully equipped kitchen, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back. Thanks!
