10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Will definitely book again in the future

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

I actually live about a mile away from this property…. But needed a place to work remotely for a week whilst we had builders in our home. It was perfect for my needs, and the host was very proactive and helpful with letting me know about check-ins etc

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

The most Beautiful apartment. Even more lovely than the photos. The home itself is perfect, had everything we needed and more. The terrace is glorious, but the solarium, is just wow. The most spectacular views, and so well equipped for comfort. The local area is peaceful and welcoming. Rodas bar is a minutes walk and has great coffee, great food and a great vibe. Campbell restaurant and bar nearby, the food was fantastic. Walkable to Roda Golf resort, walkable to the local town, supermarkets and beach. Such a perfect apartment, we will be back! And we would highly recommend. As a host, Sylvia was more than amazing. So responsive and so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

Nick was very attentive. An outstanding host!!! With a flexible schedule that is very convenient. The house was very modern and really cozy with all utensils you need while you are on vacation. A great living space inside and out. Highly recommended!!!!

Lovely property presented in very good condition. Pool needs to be heated (Not hosts fault clearly) and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived 23.00 on a Sunday. One design flaw was there is literally only one plug socket in the kitchen which seems bizarre All in all a very nice stay from a very responsive host, thank-you David Nina and Clayton

My stay at Veronika's place was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, the communication was clear, friendly and very fast. The apartment was spotless, with a decor that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. The location is excellent, quiet and well connected, close to the beach, it is ideal both for resting and exploring the area. In addition, Veronika was an exceptional host: always attentive to any need, offering very useful local recommendations and demonstrating genuine hospitality that makes a difference. The accommodation was accurately described in what the host was offering. It is close to all amenities, the apartment was as described. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would defiantly be back to our host in the near future. Fully recommend & pleasant with our accommodation.

Beat, and Christina are the perfect hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and endearing, right from the start, greeting us with a warm welcome, through to a fond farewell. The apartment is of the highest standard throughout, and well equipped down to the smallest detail. The level of comfort is second to none, which creates a homely feel from the moment you enter the property. The location is perfect within walking distance of the beach, excellent amenities, and to the rear, the Parc de Natural, to capture a view of the flamingos. And finally, the views are breathtaking.

We just completed 10 nights at this apartment whilst holidaying as a family of 5 in Torrevieja. From the initial booking to the final check-out the whole process was easy, with clear communication and friendly advice from the host at all times. The apartment is well situated with access to beaches, restaurants and bars all in easy walking distance and close proximity. The apartment itself was clean, very well equipped with all the required amenities and we even had access to extra beach gear and children's body boards which came in really handy. The gardens surrounding the apartment are well kept and the pool was very clean with fantastic views over La Mata beach with sea views. All in all we had a fantastic time and would consider re-visiting.
