After arrival, a number of things turned out not to have gone well in the apartment. After I informed David about this and made him a proposal on how to resolve it, he agreed. That was very nice and I had a very good stay because of this. In addition, David responds quickly to messages, which makes for pleasant communication. The apartment is nice. Panoramic view on the 12th, nice bathroom, delicious shower and a nice bed. Tip: The walls are thin and it can be noisy. This can be solved with earplugs.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need (appliances, dishes, cutlery, detergents, etc.). The apartment seemed just renovated, the kitchen cabinets and surfaces were spotless, as was the bathroom. Plus, there was a separate bedroom. I didn't meet Rafael, but I quickly got help using the TV, and she also kindly made sure the issue was resolved.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

me and my 4 friends came for my birthday, i couldn’t of asked for a better time! the flat was spotless and comfortably slept 5. there are a few restaurants walking distance, but if we were looking for something more, the marina was only a 10 min taxi, and usually cost about €8-€10! the pool was very quite, clean and most of the neighbours were really friendly. any questions i had, i would message the owners and they would respond really quick. the jacuzzi is a lovely touch, really relaxing. i would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away! thank you 🩷

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
