Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen Extras ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Andrey, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind als geplant, hat der Check-in problemlos geklappt. Alles lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich ab. Umgebung voller Restaurants und vielen Stränden, sogar ein 24/7 Shop.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Pobyt u gospodarza oceniamy na świetny. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki zapewnione. Piękna okolica, 1 minuta drogi na pieszo do morza. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Z całego serca polecam!!!

We stayed here for a month in May/June. The villa is lovely, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a very quiet residential area but only around 10 minutes walk to La Mata beach. The garden is amazing and we were surprised how big it actually is. Nick js super friendly and a fantastic host, whenever we had a question or needed something he couldn’t do enough to help us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in La Mata.

Appartement conforme à la description. simple mais correct. Nous avons remarqué que les baies vitrées ne fermaient pas ce qui est un peu embêtant lorsque l'on laisse ses effets personnels. le site est cependant sécurisé par un portail fermant à clé. Le plus est le parking sécurisé.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour cela correspondait tout à fait à notre attente logement et emplacement. Encore merci à Görg et Gabriella pour leur accueil.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. El edificio es antiguo pero la vivienda está reformada y bien cuidada.

Nice stay with everything I needed to cook and relax. Walkable to beach with chairs and beach umbrella provided.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Lola met us to assist us getting inside and showed us around very briefly. It was very much appreciated and we felt welcomed! Parking was very close and easy. The house is spacious and gorgeous with a spectacular view. We were able to watch the sunset on the terrace and enjoy the ocean breeze. There was so much space to spread out and enjoy the quiet. Our little girl loved walking the beach and finding shells as well as splashing around the pool. We had an amazing time!

Encantados de alojarnos en la casa de Daniel. Nuestro hijo le gustó mucho hasta que quiere ser arquitecto y montar uno parecido 😂😂. Julia la Madre de Daniel estuvo con nosotros a cualquier hora que la necesitamos y es encantadora.. Sé duerme muy tranquilo, parece que no haya vecinos 😊Está cerca de todos. Recomendaría 💯💪 Hablaré bien la casa con mis amig@s. Merece la pena el viaje de 8h desdé Madrid,el jueves día 1 de Mayo con el atasco.. Y llegar a su casa con mucha PAZ. Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

Семьёй останавливались в этой квартире — всё очень понравилось! Отличное месторасположение: пляж, магазины, кафе — всё в шаговой доступности. В самой квартире чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Остались только приятные впечатления. Рекомендую всем!

Fue una experiencia genial, sin duda repetiremos. Vicente estuvo pendiente de cada detalle. Una vivienda preciosa, muy completa respecto a servicios, un 10 en la limpieza.

La casa de Javier es tal cual aparece en las fotos. El hecho de que tenga plaza de garaje no es sólo un punto a favor, sino que lo hace imprescindible para la zona. El aire acondicionado te salva del calor que hace en la zona. Tiene armarios y cómodas para poder guardar todo lo que quieras y más. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. La terraza es espaciosa y con vistas preciosas. Hemos estado como en casa y Javier nos ha atendido en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas. Tengo claro que volveremos a contactar para el verano que viene. Un gran placer y muy agradecida

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza stupenda , l’appartamento era molto comodo e si vede che la proprietaria ha pensato ai dettagli. La cucina era attrezzata con tutto e la mattina abbiamo potuto bere comodamente il caffè da casa grazie alle capsule fornite dalla proprietaria. Terrazza attrezzata con sdraio e tavolo per mangiare. L’appartamento si trova a 200 mt dalla spiaggia. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

El apartamento es maravilloso todo nuevo e impecable la zona me encantó muchísimo está a menos de un minuto caminando de el mar supermercados restaurantes, todo súper cerca, los anfitriones súper amables y atentos con una maravillosa experiencia

Wir haben uns bei den beiden Gastgebern sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine super schnelle Kommunikation, sie waren für den Check in innerhalb von 5 min da. Die Unterkunft war unmittelbar 100 m vom Strand, welcher sehr groß und sauber war. Unterkunft hat den Bildern zu 100 % entsprochen, jedoch der einzige kleine Mangel den ich habe, es war alles etwas abgenutzt & leicht eingestaubt. Aber abgesehen davon, ein super Aufenthalt. Was uns positiv aufgefallen war, die Wohnung war mit liebe eingerichtet, der Balkon total liebevoll und auch innen. Wir würden wieder kommen nach La Mata.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..
