Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

We didn't have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Apartment ideally located for discovering this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, good price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.
