WOW. Great vacation villa, it has everything for a perfect vacation in Cesme. One of the few villas here that are furnished and built to European standards. All furniture is of very high quality. My absolute highlight: The kitchen with the Jura coffee machine and the coffee from "kahvedünyasi"😍 The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV. The pool is large and clean and the terrace offers plenty of space. The beds are very cozy. Surroundings are quiet and local, which I really a lot. Everything is within walking distance and Alacati is minutes away.

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Mr. Ihsan was also very interested. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again:):)

First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

We sincerely encourage Mr. Vahap and his wife, Ms. Ayfer, for their service to us and our dog, it is a place worth seeing with the garden of the place, we definitely recommend it! We recommend it so much that the municipality staff should take a vacation here, do it and learn how to arrange the garden environment, this should be the right to give the job, it has a status that has peaked on our list so far! Balıklıova is definitely a location worth seeing, the nature of the air and the sea will fascinate you, the only problem is the infrastructure, as it is in our geographically Aegean cities, unfortunately the municipality is a fiasco!!!

Everything actually went really well; the host was friendly and helpful. One day we didn’t have electricity because the area is still under construction, and we weren’t informed about it, but apparently, they didn’t know either. The view of the sea was truly calming, stunning, and extremely beautiful. It will be very interesting to see how the area looks like in 5 years when it’s finished. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy and feels somewhat like an off-road track, but you can still get there with a regular car. Thank you, and have a wonderful spring and happy life! ❤️🙏🏻

We were very comfortable with my friend at Ms. Aliye's house. The house was clean and tidy as in the photos. The air conditioning was new and working very well. The location of the house is at the bottom of the marina, very close to everything. The sea is within walking distance. We were at the sea for 3 minutes. It was very close to the cafes and restaurants. There was no parking problem. We were able to find a place for our car with a taxi. The host, Ms. Aliye, is very hospitable and communicative. We will come back next year, thankfully, we will come back next year

This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Our stay was great! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and prepared with every detail in mind. But what made this experience really special was the incredible kindness and kindness of our host. She was helpful with everything and made us feel at home with her sincerity and hospitality. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.
