A beautiful apartment in a stunning location with incredibly friendly and informative hosts.

We sincerely encourage Mr. Vahap and his wife, Ms. Ayfer, for their service to us and our dog, it is a place worth seeing with the garden of the place, we definitely recommend it! We recommend it so much that the municipality staff should take a vacation here, do it and learn how to arrange the garden environment, this should be the right to give the job, it has a status that has peaked on our list so far! Balıklıova is definitely a location worth seeing, the nature of the air and the sea will fascinate you, the only problem is the infrastructure, as it is in our geographically Aegean cities, unfortunately the municipality is a fiasco!!!

host was helpful with any needs. the house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in and was just like in the photos. if I go again, I would prefer it again, we were very satisfied. Thank you for everything

The accommodation is very centrally located. The center is easily accessible at walking distance. The host is very responsive and very friendly. The supermarket is right on the street, so you can do all errands without a car. The pool was always clean and the towels were replaced directly after leaving. All in all very satisfactory. Would and will book the place again the next time you visit.

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

it was very clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The pool area was also nice. There were no hangers in the rooms. Everything else was great.

Everything was really great. Our room was cleaned when we wanted. The pool is immaculately clean, the building itself is spotless. We were really satisfied with our preference for Çeşme and Alaçatı from now on. Thank you.

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

The house was in a peaceful and decent area The location was very good, our evening walks , going to and from the park with our children made it feel like home. The pool was cold because it didn't get much sun. But it was normal in late August and taking into account the weather I'm sure we'll be back 🙏

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. We would like to thank Mr. Ozan and his very sweet wife for this wonderful stay. First of all, the house was very clean. It was the cleanest house I rented from Airbnb. I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. The garden is very cute , the air is very clean, close to the market,restaurants and the most beautiful is close to the sea. I recommend it for everything. This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!

Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
