Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Great location with everything you need (sheets and towels) and also with breakfast food (coffee, cookies, jam, snacks). The house is well-structured and the very large outdoor garden is a pleasant plus. The only thing is the parking spot, but there are free spots a few hundred meters from the house.

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

The apartment was spacious in the living room, bedroom and bathroom, super clean, we felt it as soon as we entered, very cozy with many small details. Comfortable beds, very clean sheets, easy check-in. The location is great, Conad nearby, bar, restaurant, everything you could need. Parking right in front of the house gate. Claudia is a great host, always available and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay, the views from apartment were incredible, just like the photos. Highly recommend and we will be back in the summer time. The host was wonderful and a had lovely a cafe below with good coffee. Thank you for everything.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Mioara's place is very nice, super clean, and has a lovely little balcony. Good location, too. Also, the host was very kind and helpful at any time. Highly recommended!

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
